Continental Resort

Die Lage war super, aber am Strand alles zu.( mitte Oktober)

Die Lage ist traumhaft, das Appartement ist sehr schön, aber es dauerte mindestens eine halbe Stunde bis die Platten des Herdes heiß wurden, so dass man nie richtig kochen konnte.

Aussicht war super!

Гарне розташування готелю - близько до моря, поруч ресторани та супермаркет. Затишно, чисто й тихо. Відповідальна адміністрація готелю.

Nice Beach incl. umbrella and loungers. Good Infrastructure (several restaurants very close to, small pool, close to all cities in Tuscany and around - Pisa / Livorno very close, Florence, Siena, Lucca, Cinque Terre approx. 1 hour far).

В отеле были в конце августа 2025, в семьей, и нам в целом понравилось все! Был поздний заезд, все вопросы по заселению были решены по эл.почте. Номер был на 3 этаже, с прекрасным видом на море и бассейн (Отдельное спасибо персоналу!). В номере и на территории отеля все чисто, все номере все работало, есть посуда и все необходимое. Понравилось, что в номере кондционер установлен на полу у стены в коридоре, нам с маленьким ребенком это было намного удобнее, чем если бы он висел у изголовья кровати. Номер убирали 1 раз в неделю, но нам этого бвло достаточно. Для поддержания чистоты самостотельно в номере есть швабра и веник. Стиральная и сушильная машина расположенв в подвале, их несколько, и они платные, но не дорого. В нашем корпусе был лифт, в других только лестницы. За каждым номером зарезервированы 2 лежака и зонт, они бесплатные. Пляж очень чистый, каждое утро его убирают и просеивают песок, есть раздевалки, туалет и душ. Пляж расположен радом с отелем, нужно немного пройти. Рядом с отелем есть продуктовый магазин и куча разных кафе, магазинчиков, также есть остановки общественного транспорта, на котором можно без проблем доехать до Пизы или Ливорно. Будем его рассматривать в будущем.

I wasn't sure what to expect having read some very mixed reviews.
The one bedroom apartment was bigger than l thought it would be, the large queen bed comfortable, as was the sofa bed, with the kitchen adequately stocked. I had brought my own washing up liquid, dishcloth and soap, having read some reviews about the lack of such essentials. If l were being picky, I would say the availability of a toaster and a kettle (for all the tea drinkers!) and additional cups etc would improve many of the poor reviews.

Alessandra at Reception was very courteous and helpful with answering any questions, but the Continental Resort website could definitely use some updating in terms of photos and information provided, e.g. on using the pool and what services are on offer at the beach, for prospective guests.
The email address link provided on the site was incorrect (.ita instead of .it) which was needlessly frustrating.

Overall, the pool area is clean with toilets and showers, and well-maintained. The beach area too is well-maintained, perhaps a little strict in curtailing which deckchairs can be used, especially at the end of season or the weather is bad and there are very few guests around, with low demand for beach services.

Overall, though l was pleasantly surprised by Continental Resort and will definitely return!

Tirrenia is a great location, not only for a beach getaway, but also in its vicinity to Pisa Airport and Train Station, as a base for further travel.
