With some improvement in service, the hotel could be a great place to stay!
Pros:

Big positive about the hotel is the location-also, since my conference was in the same hotel-it just made practical sense.
The other positive about the hotel-food was good, I had the buffet lunch and every single preparation was good, I want to appreciate Suman from Food & Beverage team for his commitment and good service. Also, Shivani was helping for the conference and was always smiling and doing a great job when it came to serving us.

Cons:

When I arrived, the reception staff had to look for my reservation. I was allocated a dirty room and only when I showed the staff the dirty room, they changed my room! The hotel WI FI was erratic. On the first day, there were power outages. The staff at the reception were always too busy amongst themselves and arguing noisily about something or the other. However, I wouldn't blame them as they don't know any better since they are probably not trained.

Disappointing experience ! certainly it wasn't value for money !
Pros:

Great location as my training program was in the same hotel. Room was clean, bathroom not properly designed -WC seat is too high and hence uncomfortable for someone with an average height. For a short stay, ok but anything beyond 2 nights, won't be good. Had lunch in the restaurant and that was very good. Staff and service in conference were very good.

Cons:

Sub standard housekeeping, water bottles not clean -had a layer of dust on the cap in the RO water bottles that were provided-even after pointing out, nothing done. Staff not trained and no management team member around to intervene or help. Could not watch TV as the subscription had expired!

Pros:

Decent place. Interiors are very outdated. The room walls are very thin. We could hear the neighbor watching TV loudly late at night. However, the staff is very courteous and helpful. They were able to resolve the issue. Good stay for a decent price.

Nothing.

Cons:

Management is worst. There was huge disturbance in the night upto 2am. Continously hotel staff was roaming in the gangway.

Hotel room was booked different and allotted was different. After complaining about room we got our booked room.

The photos what we see on internet was totally different than the actual.

Not a good hotel at all.

When the tap was started, shower was also started. Throughout night AC sound was there.

Cockroches all over the room.

The flooring in all rooms was torn up and the first room given to us was extremely dirty . We asked for a replacement and got a suite on the same floor which was also not so great

Only the location and expensive food served at this place are great👍

Cons:

The room service is worse. They provide smelly bed sheets and towels so carry your own..If you are planning to visit just for one day then it's OK but if you plan to stay here for more than a day it's not worth it. If you are parking your car, do not trust the security guard. Do not leave your keys with them. I had a bad experience. The guy first convinced me to clean my car and took money from me, and the next day, he left the car uncleaned.and Also, the guard left as he worked on the night shift and no one took responsibility for it.. so be careful..
