Pros:

Usually I like staying here but my last stay was an eye opener as far as the staff goes..

Cons:

I prepaid for 2 nights I extended my stay and front desk excepted my cash payment then I work at my job til almost midnight.i woke up next day at 1045am saying I need to checkout due to a 29 day limit of consecutive days. Even tho I had already paid.there was noway that I was able to pack all my belongings in my vehicle and go somewhere else until I could find another hotel and the wait until I could check in. Earliest 3pm.I was threatened to leave or the cops were gonna be called....I did nothing wrong but treated as if I really did.And onto of this iv got a puppy also..I haven't been treated like this ever and I stay at hotels alot. They could have used better social skills and be a bit more human and shown compassion by atheist trying to help me deal with there miscommunication..but instead front desk was speaking to other hotel residents about the whole issue even tho it was nobody eles business. And then to top it of they band me from staying there so they never let me check back in on the reservation April 3rd to the 10th.very disapointed.

Pros:

The room i stay in was clean and comfortable.

Cons:

*The wifi is slow.
*I ordered room service but had to cancel because something happened in the kitchen. I had to order food through Uber eats.
* The women who works the front desk with a cross tattoo on her forehead is really rude and needs to find a job where it's less stress. Before my arrival, I called up there to let them know I be running late to check in. Whoever worked the desk on Friday March 27 (assuming it was the tattoo cross forehead lady) kept hanging on up me. She is the reason I won't be back. She is very rude.
