The place was a filthy mess with cockroaches nothing was clean the bed sheets were fairly clean but it was old outdated and dirty

Run, don't walk away from this Motel 6.
Pros:

The room is a good size. But failure to designate parking spaces leaves cars far from their assigned rooms.

Cons:

Very dirty. Cat and dog hair on beds and carpets. Questionable guests staying in the rooms. The staff lied and said they didn't have another single bed room when I asked to switch rooms to avoid the pet hair and dander.

Right off 95.

Cons:

Girl that checked us in not overly friendly. All business no bantor. Room not cleaned very well and very dated. It was cheap and it's a get what you pay for case. But I would avoid in the future.
