Didn’t have breakfast
The room has a mildew smell. The remote for the tv didn’t work well. The ac didn’t work well. The bed was hard. I do like that the sink was outside of the bathroom.
Was clean, convenient and affordable
AC did not work well at all. The room was musty and wet smelling like a spoiled towel. The walk in shower was curb less and had no stop for the water which flowed out of the shower into the bathroom and hallway. Breakfast bar both coffee pots were out of service.
We did not wake up in time for breakfast.

The main front desk staff was kind enough to call and double check my arrival as I drove in late ,close to midnight. This was a great outreach and the first I experienced which was a Great customer service. The cleanliness was eh and the bed would pop and make noise when shifting around, but other than that the stay was short but needed.
The beds made noise when rolling from one side to the other and took a minute to get comfortable.
Location
The rooms were rundown. Caulking around the tubs were stained rust in the corners. Exterior was nice.
Parking, staff helpful, quiet, comfortable room, good travel value.
Ice was far from room
The staff was lovely, room clean, comfortable beds and perfectly located to visit my family.

Really for me there was not much to like.
When I booked my stay I booked a handicap room. I am handicapped with severe back stenosis and due to my diabetes I have had amputations on both feet that create a balance problem. When I checked in the staff asked me about a regular room and save the handicapped room for someone who "needed it". I said no I need it and she replied that she didn't think so. I was tired and no wanting to fight so I just agreed. The room was ok, the stay was quiet. The next morning there were 4 cars in the parking lot and none by the handicapped room. I was unable to shower because of the tub vs a walk in shower.

I like the location
I don't like the fact that they are charging me $50 for some pen marks on the bed sheets. We aren't stupid to be writing on the bed but they said we did and I'm trying to ask them for proof of the sheets.
