The room was fine . It was just too cold or hot.

The breakfast was fine

Cons:

The room was cold the first night . The second night it was colder ,I ask the front desk lady if I had to pay more for heat and she changed thermostat and it work a little better but it was still cold so we went to bed and 2.30 am it was too hot so I just shut it down.

Cons:

One breakfast staff member [weekend] was not as friendly/pleasant as the breakfast staff during weekdays. A big shout out to Alice, who is full of sunshine.

Worst experience I have ever had trying to check-in to a hotel
Pros:

The front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. She also refused to give me Wyndham rewards points that I normally get as a platium Wyndham customer. Although they say they are pet friendly, she made it clear my senior dogs were not wanted. I also got attitude when I ask if vehicle plug ins were available. The front desk staff saiid she wasn't a parking attendant.
That was final straw, I refused to stay at this location.

Cons:

NOTHING! The front dest staff was rude, unprofessional and confrontational and unwelcome. This is certainly something I didn't want as I was going into the hospital the next morning for surgery.
I refused to stay at this location!

The tub wasn’t very big couldn’t have a bath but grateful I could have a shower of course and unfortunately the beds were a little uncomfortable but I have been on worse
