Lovely hotel complex
Pros:

Room was very spacious, beds were comfortable. This is the only hotel I have ever stayed at that dinner & breakfast were included in price. Would definitely stay again

Front desk and gym or the bed part. Not vegan friendly! Needs updated linens and pillows.
Pros:

Gym was clean but my bed sheets and bed blankets could have been a little cleaner. I am a housekeeper and I freak out with hair on the bed. There was little. I feel like housekeeping it good here but linens need updated.

Cons:

Just not clean enough bedding for me. I am picking. Over all not a bad hotel, just not for me. Front deck was short nice at check in. No almond milk or dairy alternative milk at all during the breakfast and I feel like that should just be standard now. Couldn’t eat anything.

Pros:

Extreme, aber nicht gespielte Freundlichkeit des Personals. Saubere Zimmer. Großer Parkplatz mit vielen Parkmöglichkeiten.

Cons:

Grundsätzlich fand ich es super, dass auch abends ein Buffet inklusive ist, jedoch könnte die Auswahl, so wie beim Frühstücksbuffet, etwas umfangreicher sein. Aber man wird auf jeden Fall satt, und es schmeckt.
Leider hat man den Pool falsch platziert, ab Mittag liegt man dort im Schatten.

Wunderbares Hotel . Hier stimmte alles.!!
Pros:

Die freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Mitarbeiter. Die großen Zimmer. Das Frühstück das Büffet am Abend. Die Sauberkeit. Das keine Plastikteller genutzt wurden. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis hat gestimmt. Eines der besten Hotels auf unserem 4 wöchigen Tripp durch die USA.

At check-in, we were told the hotel was busy, but nothing was mentioned about limited parking. We returned around 11 PM, exhausted and eight hours from home, only to find there was nowhere to park. After paying $244 for a hotel, I expected to be able to park on-site.
When I went inside, Lawrence was extremely rude and dismissive. He said he was “in the same boat,” which was not true—he wasn’t the one driving around at 11 PM unable to find parking after an eight-hour drive and paying nearly $250 for a room. What should have been a normal disagreement quickly became uncomfortable because he was shaking and unable to have a calm conversation. He even blamed his reaction on my “attitude,” despite the fact that I was simply explaining why I was upset.

I eventually asked for a refund and said we would leave and drive all the way back to Utah. He told me he couldn’t refund us because he wouldn’t be able to rebook the room that night and would lose money. That response made it very clear that the priority was the hotel’s money, not customer service or providing what we paid for.

Exellent séjour ! rien à redire
Pros:

Chambre très spacieuse, hôtel au calme et proche d'une station de train qui vous emmène en plein coeur de Denver en moins de 20 minutes. Repas offert entre 17h et 19h ainsi que des boissons. Personnel très agréable et serviable.

Great value and excellent service!
Pros:

Loved our stay - it was safe, clean and comfortable and the staff were very friendly. Great location for easy access to the airport as well as local spots in Denver. The happy hour was an unexpected treat!
