Good location to enjoy the Plaza area, 2 blocks away.
Pros:

Front desk and bell desk were excellent. General manager for food service was actually in the breakfast area and we chatted for 10 minutes (I own 9 restaurants and have been in the business for over 50 years). He was attentive to his duties, checking that all was right for breakfast service.

Cons:

Nothing.

Location was great. Bathrooms were beautiful and clean. Rooms we're very clean as well.

Cons:

I love this hotel but there was a few things I didnt enjoy. The thirty dollar parking was ridiculous. the room was nice but not two hundred dollars nice. Also the bed wasn't that comfy

Kickback in Santa Fe
Pros:

Such a great place for a family to stay to visit Santa Fe. Nightly rates were comparable with other hotels in the central area but the heated rooftop pool and breakfast/happy hour food and beverage service made it a great value for us. Valet parking was extra as well but the service was quick and responsive. Staff was also helpful and friendly.
We would stay there again and recommend to family and friends.
