Maid forgot to clean my room
Beautiful hotel, beautiful room. Loved the kickback and snacks free of charge which is provided every night. Great idea. Easy walk to the plaza which is beautiful. Overall, a very good stay for a 1 night stop over
We were up-graded to a larger room. Very comfortable space.
The Drury in Santa Fe is located near St. Francis di Assisi Cathedral very close to the Plaza, restaurants and tourist attractions. The availability of breakfast and dinner on site along with a beautiful rooftop seating area, pool and bar is wonderful. The rooms are quiet, nicely appointed with spacious baths. The employees are friendly, helpful and available.

Costi extra sproporzionati e poco trasparenti: camera prenotata su Booking a 238,43 $, poi all'arrivo ci sono 60$ + tasse per un piccolo cane e 30$ + tasse per il parcheggio, di fatto obbligatorio ed inevitabile per chi arriva in auto. L'hotel ha detto che sul suo sito è scritto, ma allora lo scriva anche su Booking.
Risultato: una camera da circa 240 $ arriva a 340 $, oltre il 40% in più per cane e parcheggio.

The Drury Hitel is in a perfect location in Santa Fe, not too close to the Plaza area but close enough to explore by foot. Each person I encountered was polite, friendly and helpful. There is a happy hour each night which I did not take advantage of and the breakfast had the answer for any wish, both hot and cold food was displayed. The area where bothese activities take place has plenty of space for table set up and an outdoor terrace which over.oops the lovely grounds.
I only stayed one night and all went smoothly.
Itis a beautiful property and a great location. We loved all the art on the walls. The meeting hour was really good, exceeded our expectations. The rooftop pool and patio area is great to relax and see sunset.

Property is close to the Plaza, just a few minutes to walk. The hotel is beautiful on the outside.
I felt like I was staying in a dingy old hospital. Our room was dark, cold, dingy, and extremely expensive for what we paid. No good maid service. Practically non existent. Food was horrible. Bathroom had a huge tub, which my arthritis doesn’t allow me to use, but had a small dark shower and a toilet crammed into a corner. Lots of extremely rude older clientele. We are seniors, but this was ridiculous. Staff seemed to only cater to people on prepaid tours. Desk staff nice and great valet service for your vehicle, but I don’t thin I would ever choose to stay here again.

Location, complementary breakfast as we were there for the Market it saved us time to be able to eat in house. Staff were very respectful and helpful.
The only suggestion would be a towel rack of some description for wet towels in the bathroom. There were 2 hooks either side of the sink but not adequate for wet towels.
