One of the cleanest places have stayed. The staff is the friendliest I’ve seen. Breakfast was fantastic and the happy hour that came with the room was the best. The snacks provided with actually makes a meal!
All was good!
I liked how close the property was to all of the downtown restaurants and shops. It was super easy access to the city and surrounding areas.
Unfortunately, this place lacks in every aspect except for location. For being one of the most expensive rooms in the area you’d expect a level of exceptionalism. It’s the most dull and grey building you can imagine. There’s artwork but it’s completely overshadowed by the abysmal, “insane asylum,” grays, brown and tans. The room is also nothing to write home about probably one of the most boring rooms I’ve ever stayed in.
We had a balcony room and nothing to look at except the parking lot and some trees. Also, they offer a free food happy hour, in the pm and in the am for breakfast but the menu is atrocious and the facilities were so nasty and dirty we decided to not to eat there for any occasion. It genuinely felt like a run down old people’s home.
The only slightly saving grace was the location. You are just a skip away from downtown. There’s ridiculously good food and shops just a block away.
Regardless of the location I was seriously disappointed in this place and wonder how they have such high reviews. Horrible value and experience. On top of all that money they charge you. Oh and they also tack on a $30 a day valet fee and do not offer any sort of free parking. You’re much better off staying at one of the boutique hotels or one of the resort spas located right next to it.
Location. Staff. Room. Facilities.
Breakfast was monotonous, nothing special. Cocktail hoir options were not great. Staffing issues at rooftop bar.
Loved the location of the hotel. Rooms were very spacious, clean, and comfortable. Sunset views from pool area are gorgeous 😍
Architecture, location and staff were amazing.
No body lotion or bottled water in room. 🙁
Great staff, perfect location and amazing breakfast.
No toiletries provided in room - only shower. Definitely need a couple of complimentary bottles of water in room.
The staff, location, and facilities were all great.
A very strange man and “service” dog accessed the pool without a card by reaching over the gate. He was odd and his dog was barking. It was scary. We later saw him walking on the other side of the city down a road.
Clean, comfortable, easy access, close to all locations
I cannot fault anything other to mention abput the $30 per night valet parking…. This is NOT mentioned on your website upon booking
This is our third or fourth time at the property and we just love it. We bring our dog and the grounds are perfect for walks with pets.
Staff was friendly and helpful. I felt very comfortable. Loved the rooftop bar. Although I didn’t drink, just watching the sunset was great and very peaceful.
The one complaint that I would have is I had to pay for parking. The rate was a little high at $30 per night no matter if you self park or valet. And I did not know that until I checked out.
Great location, breakfast and evening food offering. Very clean.
Location location location.
The location is centrally located to everything.
The interior is dated. This hotel needs a refresh.
