Torneiras duras e pingando, ar-condicionado barulhento e velho, goteiras dos aparelhos de ar-condicionado dos andares superiores caindo em cima do meu e aumentando o barulho, uma funcionária mal encarada e antipática na chegada que não fornecia informações precisas, falta de manutenção e modernização de mobiliário. O hotel precisa trocar os ar-condicionados por splits silenciosos...

É tudo muito antigo mas atende as necessidades basicas
Pros:

Boa localização, cheguei de VLT e vc pode andar por toda cidade nele, restaurantes e museus que da pra ir a pé. Estação do metrô do lado, VLT na frente e onibus tbm. Café da manha muito bom.

Cons:

Vc nao consegue confirmar a reserva pq ninguém atende telefone e nem responde e-mail, entao vc vai meio que inseguro. TV so tem canais abertos e nao tem opção de vc usar seus streams. Precisam melhorar o atendimento ao cliente!!

Cheiro forte nos quartos ( mofo) , quarto abafado , ar condicionado quebrado e nao funciona , banheiro entupido , liga o chuveiro ralo entupido e volta agua na pia com muito mal cheiro , cafe da manha fraco , cafe morno . Localizacao do hotel muito perigosa , nao tive coragem de sair nem mesmo pra lanchar a noite.
