Great location, poor value for money and dissapointing.
Pros:

Location was great being so close to the center. Staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I feel like we were somewhat cheated with the price. I wouldn't consider my room value for money, especially with no view or possibility of opening a window. The room also was not fully checked over before we arrived, sticky area around the coffee machine and sticky glass found. Also quite a bit of dust on the coffee machine.

Another big issue was the fact that the lift was used as a laundry chute, JUST when people are waking up and needing to use it, more so with the stairs being extremely steep and twisty. This is NOT great or acceptable when you have elderly people staying there. THIS HAD BEEN MENTIONED BEFORE OUR VISIT.

Best hotel in Utrecht and even Amsterdam! Must visit!!
Pros:

The Mother Goose was amazing! Cleanliness was above and beyond! The decor and comfort was spectacular! And location could not have been better!
