Great staff an location, rooms need a refresh and wi-fi is pointless
Pros:

Its an ok hotel, staff are always excellent, plenty of space in the car park and the breakfast is a buffet style selection. Beds are always clean and fresh.

Cons:

Wifi is absolutely pointless; you can breathe faster than it works. The rooms are very dated and in need of refurbishment. They are suitable for an overnight stay but not brilliant for longer stays.

For one night it was satisfactory

Cons:

Continental breakfast on a Sunday was very disappointing. Very poor selection, coffee was not drinkable.

Great value and great location. Clean, great staff and lovely room.

Cons:

There was only a very meagre breakfast available. Previous stays have had an offer of cooked breakfast, but on this occasion only cereal, yoghurt, fruit and pan au chocolate were provided. Very disappointing.

Adequate for an overnighter but very basic.
Pros:

It was easy to find and not busy. Plenty of space in the car park. Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The central heating was not on so I was cold until I found a heater in the wardrobe. The furnishings were very basic & there was no extra blanket or pillow in the room. The cooked breakfast was dried up and tasteless. Nobody on duty in the dining room so I had to go to reception to ask for butter as they’d run out.

We were guests at a family celebration - catering, helpfulness of staff - it was all good.

cleanliness of the room - also the public facilities - help yourself breakfast -

Cons:

This was a family occasion and we were a guest of that - unfortunately my husband has a disability walking and the
fact that there was no lift was a bit of a problem - other residents helped him to climb the stairs however.
