Great value for money and the breakfast was good. Would stay here again if in the area.
Pros:

The breakfast was very good value for money. The hotel was very clean inside. Loads of car parking spaces. Staff very friendly. Lots of choice in the tea tray as usually find one or two milks and there were lots here. Towels very white and fluffy.

Cons:

The outside spoils the impression of the hotel. Windows need attending to as some were crumbling and needed painting. However when you get inside it is far more welcoming. The heating was not on when we checked in at 3.15pm and it was a very cold day and we had been to a funeral and standing outside for a long time. When we went down to reception we were told it was on a timer and didn't come on until 4. We left for the wake and upon our return the roomy was lovely and cosy.

Definitely stay again
Pros:

Excellent breakfast great value. Location perfect for visiting family

Cons:

Someone taking a phone call at 1.30 am right outside our door and very vocal.

Perfectly adequate for a one night stay in a convenient (for us!) location. Good car parking.
Pros:

Breakfast was good with a good selection of both hot and cold. The room was pleasant and clean. Maybe could have done with hot chocolate among their tea /coffee selection and an available box of tissues. The staff were very pleasant.

Cons:

We were informed there was no lift and the possibility of having to climb two sets of stairs when we booked which is indeed what happened. A hotel of this size though really does need a lift, something the owners really should consider investing in.

Not expensive and basic
Pros:

Room was neat with accessible shower. Good for parking. Clean.

Cons:

Noisy doors opening and closing with a bang. Cold plates for a hot breakfast. Coffee from machine wasn't best.
