I’ve stayed here several times. Nice size rooms. My 1st time staying here I was bumped up to a king suite which was nice. Front desk staff on all of my stays have been more than nice, every time I leave the hotel in the morning the front desk agent says with a smile Good Morning, when I return later that night I’m greeted with a hello how are you. Breakfast attendants are kind and keep the breakfast area nice n clean, food always hot really like the silk milk in the morning. Hotel is clean, quite, This will be my away from home stay whenever I am able n Delaware

Honors has its privileges
Pros:

As a long time Honors member I was disappointed when the rude desk person wanted to charge me $75 for an early check in. Policy or not, I would have thought my 10+ years of bookings at Hilton properties would have warranted a discussion, but in this case no. That made the stay memorable in a bad way and sullied my experience. I guess I should ask Hilton first a credit of $75 for each time I’ve checked out early.

Our room 205 smelled like mold and my daughter face got red and blotchy and my sons eyes swelled up and itched all weekend. Very disappointing since we stayed here last year and had a great stay

Terrible soundproofing
Pros:

Hotel is clean. Staff is super friendly, breakfast selection wonderful. Guest laundry worked great, nicely priced to do laundry. was very clean. .

Cons:

Terrible soundproofing not the best which surprises me . Room had a spicy sweaty smell on check in that didnt disperse with a/c or my perfume sprayed liberally. Staff did offer to switch us rooms as we are staying 3 nights. I bought Febreeze and now the smell isn't noticeable when walking in

Perfect price , park yourself for free!
Pros:

On our way to visit Washington DC to enjoy the Cherry blossom festival. Perfect stop for overnight rest. Nice welcome , checkin in at midnight, found room to be clean and comfortable. Hot shower, great full breakfast included. What more can you ask for ? The room hit all the major importance components to a nice stay. Staff took care and pride of surroundings . Rasean at the breakfast made sure we had everything we needed.

Pros:

Breakfast was great. Dayshift Front Desk staff was friendly. Although I asked for towels from evening shift because all of mine were dirty and was told they would bring to my room. Never received them until I talked with Day shift staff and they took are of getting my room cleaned.

Cons:

Couldn't get many channels on the TV but I used my phone for access to my Spectrum account. My room didn't get touched for 4 days. I did ask front desk and first time it wasn't taken care of, but second time was. I'm not a needy person so I am not upset. I will stay there again

Disappointing. Always stay at Hampton when I travel. Not this one again.

The lady at the desk when I checked in was outstanding!

Cons:

My room was 78 degrees. I did not have the ability to make the temperature colder so I turned the heat off and hoped it would cool down. It did after about 6 hours sitting in heat.

The breakfast selections were not what I expected. Egg white frittatas and “impossible” sausage?!?! At least the waffle was good. Juice selection was ok and the orange juice was horrible.
