The complimentary breakfast was delicious. Staff helpfully and great customer service. I was satisfied with my stay.
Requested room was not available, so they upgraded my room to a suite!
What I like about the Hotel was that as you walked in the atmosphere was clean. As I walked to the counter the front desk clerk was helpful and very friendly and polite as well as professional with a smile. The staff was very professional and pleasant. The room was clean as well. The breakfast was very tasty. I would recommend.
The only thing that I didn't like was that someone had a dog and the dog kept on barking, and the pool was very hot, and the water didn't look clean. It looked very yellowish and cloudy. I also didn't like the fact that there wasn't a lot of good Television channels. Nothing to watch but the News, sports, talk shows, and the History channels. Not enough movie channels. I think that should be something to look into because if someone wants to just stay indoors and relax while watching movies that should be an option as well, but it wasn't. Oh yeah this is a really BIG BEAL for me as well, I forgot to mention that my AARP couldn't be added for my discount either.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by a receptionist with a rude, cold, and unwelcoming attitude. There was no smile, no hospitality, and communication felt dismissive. The negative atmosphere at check-in affected our entire stay and made us feel uncomfortable from the beginning.
A hotel stay starts with the first impression, and unfortunately, ours was extremely poor. I would never stay at this hotel again and would not recommend it to anyone looking for friendly service and a welcoming environment.

The room was clean. The walls seemed thin as we heard doors slamming a lot. The continental breakfast was worth the stay!
My wife and I stayed here recently because we had an early flight out of ILG airport and we didn’t want to drive straight all the way from Philadelphia.
The room was very basic. A bed, a desk, a mini fridge, a tv, a small chest of drawers, and a basic bathroom, that’s it. Not much decor, no thrills. Honestly though, what more do you really need? The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Not exactly homey, but does the job. Free parking and a nice breakfast spread are also good
perks. I wouldn’t want to stay here for an extended period of time, but we were very happy with our one night stay.
It was clean and staff were so kind to our needs, the room was spacious the children loved the pool. I called for towels for pool side and they were brought immediately. Breakfast also was great I would definitely stay here again.

Needed one more night, until my husband was discharged from the hospital, but there was no availability. We will return in August for my husband's doctor appt.
