La comodità al centro storico e il giardino interno per la colazione
Camera senza finestra sull'esterno, senza aria condizionata funzionante, buia e senza areazione esterna neppure in bagno...opprimente. Noi siamo capitati in un giorno con 40 gradi esterni, e senza aria condizionata è stata molto dura dormire.

O café da manhã é fraco o hotel estava com grupos grandes de jovens o que impossibilitou noite de sono e o uso só espaço da piscina
A localização é ótima, o hotel inserido no forte dá uma sensação de viver e fazer parte da história de Elvas.
Tivemos problemas com a chave do quarto (primeira vez nossa culpa, segunda vez já não). A recepcionista foi muito agradável e resolveu a situação, afirmando que acontece regularmente. Nesse caso, acho que no momento do check-in poderíamos receber mais informação sobre o funcionamento dos cartões (entrar e electricidade). Causa desconforto e angústia não saber se a porta vai abrir, se teremos que nos deslocar á recepção cada vez que queremos entra no quarto.

Localização e estacionamento. Além de ser um prédio antigo que por si só faz parte da história de Elvas.
Faltam cuidados na manutenção de um hotel deste porte. Tapeçaria rota, molduras de quadros com respingos de tinta da parede, paredes com infiltrações. O ar condicionado não funcionou a contento em nenhuma das duas noites e soubemos que era geral no hotel, estava a manutenção a trabalhar mas não resolveram. Acredito que falta uma atenção especial ao cuidado e manutenção das instalações que o prédio e a história merecem.
