It was a good experience for our family. I advise the hotel to all families
Pros:

The room was so clean and the dimensions were good enough for our 4 people family.

Cons:

In terms of the balance between service and price, the service provided was highly adequate and of high quality. We did not encounter any problems.

Wonderful Universal Studios vacation stay!
Pros:

I was a little nervous about staying in this area but i have to say I was really surprised how nice the hotel ammenities were! Made up for the area for sure! We walked to have dinner down the street at Tios Tacos (recommended by the hotel staff) and it did not disappoint!! Staff was so acommodating and super friendly! The free Breakfast was SO good and the huge variety was amazing! I will definately stay here again! Price was excellent too!

Cons:

The spa was down. Not a big deal though.
