Próximo ao aeroporto, conveniente, agradável com bom custo-benefício.
Pros:

Acomodações novas, roupa de cama e banho de ótima qualidade e em excelente estado de conservação, academia razoavelmente equipada. Muito conveniente disponibilizarem o café da manhã, principalemente para quem está hospedado à espera de uma conexão. Relativamente próximo ao aeroporto por um custo mais acessível.

Cons:

O site booking.com indica que o hotel oferece transfer do/para o aeroporto. Não é verdade.
Depois de 45 minutos aguardando, liguei e fui informado que o serviço não existe há vários anos, e que o hotel já enviou inúmeras mensagen ao site mas a informação não foi corrigida.

Os funcionários eram excelentes, atenciosas, educados e muito disponíveis. Atenderam a todas as minhas solicitações e esclareceram as dúvidas com muita competência. O ambiente era muito agradável e os quartos tinham todas as facilidades!

Única soia boa foi o Café da manhã, excelente para os padrões americanos, nessa viagem me hospedei em 4 hoteis em diferentes cidades e o café da manhã do Hampton foi o melhor

As fotos apresentadas no anúncio do Booking, especialmente as da fachada, não condizem com a realidade da propriedade. Além disso, há um forte cheiro de maconha e outros odores desagradáveis espalhados por todo o hotel — corredores, hall de entrada e quartos — tornando o ambiente extremamente desconfortável. O cheiro de maconha misturado a outros odores é simplesmente insuportável.

Entendo que se trata de um hotel com grande fluxo de pessoas, onde pude observar hóspedes de diversas nacionalidades. No entanto, o hotel também hospeda moradores locais, o que contribui para uma sensação de ambiente estranho e pouco acolhedor.

Outro ponto extremamente negativo foi a área de lazer: a piscina estava visivelmente suja e a hidromassagem em condições ainda piores, com presença de limo no fundo e nas paredes internas, demonstrando falta de manutenção e higiene.

Escolhi me hospedar neste hotel com base nas avaliações e comentários disponíveis no Booking, mas sinceramente não sei qual foi a referência utilizada por quem o classificou como “Bom”. Minha experiência foi extremamente decepcionante, especialmente por se tratar de um hotel BY HILTON, marca que deveria ser sinônimo de qualidade e padrão elevado.

Na prática, trata-se de um hotel antigo, que passou apenas por uma reforma superficial e recebeu a assinatura da marca, sem entregar a qualidade esperada. Lamentável.
