Pros:

Struttura piccola ma tenuta molto bene , il personale è cordiale e la posizione è davvero ottima per raggiungere i paesi vicini tipo Colmar.

Cons:

Il personale non parla Inglese , è stato un po' difficile comunicare ma nulla di drammatico.

L'accueil et le respect des personnes qui travaillent à cet hôtel et au bar.

Cons:

J'ai oublié mon portable à l'hôtel,le matin même après être parti, j'ai contacté l'hôtel,ils m'ont promis de me le renvoyer, et une semaine après ils m'ont envoyé un SMS pour me dire,que je leur envoie une enveloppe prépayée.
