Nice clean hotel right near Trevi fountain.
Pros:

Great area to stay. Staff very friendly. Nice room - we were upgraded which was excellent.

Cons:

There is no area to sit and relax in reception & rooftop is very underwhelming.

Amazing location, we basically only walked during our visit. The breakfast top of the top - you need to try desserts too!

Not at all what we expected.
Pros:

Room had a good site. Renovated. No shelves or closet for clothes and lugagge.

Close (maybe TOO CLOSE) to Fontana di Trevi.

Breakfast was poor. Below our expectation for a 4-star hotel.
It felt improvised. 1 croissant per person, we had ask for butter, jam….no fruit. One time there was a fruit basket by the buffet. The next morning, nothing. I asked for fruits, and I was served one very small plate with 1/3 of a banana (!), 1 strawberry and a slice of melon…..sad, but true.

The staff was kind, but still needing training.

Cons:

A whole improvement in the training of the staff, quality and variety of food.

Noisy room!!!! We had to listen to music coming from the ice cream shop downstairs.

Not a decent front desk.
