overall nyaman bgt, i only stayed for a night but it was awesome. it was funnn, thank you tl the staff they are all niceeeee, 5 stars deh pokoknyaa, nsnti kalo ke dumai kesini lagi, males mikir lg soalnya bingung mau nginep dimana, fun experience

I recommend it special for the good price
Pros:

Nice simple hotel and very friendly and helpful Personal room are okay with nice view
Hotel internet not always available so the best you get your own simcard
Room are good standards and the services are very good and provide you free water and coffee and tea

Pros:

The pillows are nice, the room is nice and comfortable. The rooms are spacious and the location is easy to reach in the city centre. The service is also friendly, I will come back to this hotel next time to enjoy a very delicious breakfast.....

It was a satisfactory and was happy.
Pros:

Sorry I did not take breakfast. Because when booking I overlooked to tick for breakfast...as I focusssed on the price assumed it was incusive of Breakfast.

Cons:

Since it was just short stay attending some urgent matters, I didn;t quite bothered about it.

Wonderful Stay
Pros:

I stayed 4 nights at the Grand Zuri. The hotel is very nice. The staff are friendly and very helpful. They helped me book my ferry to Batam and recommended good places to eat. The breakfast is good with a variety of Indonesian and western food. My room was spacious and clean with a very nice view of the city.
