Wir wurden ohne Vorwarnung an einen anderen Platz im Restaurant gesetzt; die Kellnerin räumte unser Besteck einfach ab, ohne zu fragen, ob wir damit einverstanden wären. Ein solches Verhalten ist in einem Hotel, selbst in einem 3-Sterne-Hotel, absolut inakzeptabel.

An der Rezeption wurde uns dann mit völliger Arroganz und Respektlosigkeit mitgeteilt, dass der Check-in erst ab 15:00 Uhr möglich sei, obwohl es bereits 14:50 Uhr war.
