Great location very close to all services

Location, friendly reception
No breakfast facilities, which they haven’t offered for 10yrs apparently. Thought I’d booked a double, but there were single beds, proximity of shower to toilet very small and oversized water tap over hand basin, took up more space
Location was good, easy access and plenty of parking, great value. Food was also excellent as was the service

The room smelled stale and sadly we couldn’t open a window
The whole stay was quite good, access to a pub for a dinner meal was a bonus and the food was very nice. The rooms were clean and tidy. The staff were all very lovely. I wouldnt hesitate to stay there again.
Staff very helpful & friendly! The room comfortable for the overnight stay. The cleaners in the morning when checking out were also friendly and accommodating.
Our steaks were the best we have ever had and that’s saying a lot hats off to the chef 👍
Accom is a decent distance from other facilities so not too much patron noise. Bistro has great meals.
The desk light wasn't working and being a pub it was perhaps not surprising that there was a car doing donuts at midnight
No food around
It was UNSAFE we had a person next door threatening us wanting us to come out of our room as they were making lots of noise
and we asked them to be quiet then they became threatening we called security at 3.30 am to assist us snd they didn’t even come so we left the accomodation very early once we felt it was safe to leave our room.
Worse still they put us in a room with a interconnecting door that was a standard door, not secure , not soundproof just like a bedroom door but locked.
Crazy guy next to us nearly bashed it down, also light shined through around edges it was ridiculous!!!
Manager still hasn’t bothered to call me back even after we spoke with staff that day .
