The bed was too soft, it was like sleeping on an air mattress. If you went to close to the edge it would collapse and you’d roll off. Our room also smelt musty and damp, and the second room we had smelt of cigarettes.

The bed was terrible one side was saggy and dipped in middle I slept on floor in the end which was more comfortable!!!!!

Noisy. Woken multiple times during the night with doors banging and people in the corridors. Bin in the bathroom wasn’t emptied, so was really smelly
