Pros:

Die Lage war zentral, dennoch sehr ruhig.Das war Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.Frühstück für den Preis absolut in Ordnung. Die Dachterrasse, die nur wenig frequentiert war, war super zum Rauchen und lesen. Wenn man Zimmer mit Fenster will sollte man darauf achten, dass Stadtblick angegeben ist.

Cons:

Das Hotel war erstmal schwer zu finden, weil ein anderer Name dran stand und nur ein DIN 4 großes Schild mit dem Namen"Golden Sun" an der Tür angebracht war. Das Zimmer hatte kein Tageslicht, die Fenster führten in einen Schacht. Laut meiner Buchung hatte ich ein Zimmer mit Patio(Terrasse) und Blick in den Innenhof Auf nach Frage, hieß es gäbe nur ein Familienzimmer mit Terrasse.

A very convenient service for guests

Non è assolutamente un 9.1
Pros:

La posizione va bene, la strada di per sé è silenziosa. I ragazzi sono nel complesso gentili e disponibili, sebbene un po’ inesperti.
Hanno dato acqua tutti i giorni.

Cons:

Non so come abbia raggiunto 9.1 di punteggio. Il prezzo è competitivo (neanche troppo) ma per il resto non ci siamo. 1) stavano facendo dei lavori, sembra all’interno del palazzo sia di giorno dalle 8am che addirittura alle 4:30am; 2) la camera era molto trasandata e occorreva sicuramente un rinnovo (mobili rotti); 3) si sentiva tutto quello che succedeva all’interno del palazzo - complici anche turisti chiassosi di notte; 4) c’è la finestra ma è impossibile da aprire perché affaccia sulla cappa della cucina; 5) colazione: doveva essere pronta alle 6:30, più o meno alle 7 avevano preparato e in ogni caso la cuoca non era disposta a preparare quello che offrono come piatto cucinato perché aveva da fare per preparare il resto. Inoltre ho chiesto più volte se si potesse fare un piatto di riso in bianco o qualsiasi cosa veg che non fosse frutta e pane e mi è sempre stato risposto di no; 6) hanno fatto la pulizia cambiando gli asciugamani e rifacendo il letto, per terra non hanno pulito.
Mi dispiace, i ragazzi sono gentili e ce la mettono tutta ma il problema è la proprietà che non gestisce l’albergo a dovere e mi stupisco di tutti i commenti super positivi da parte degli italiani.

THIS HOTEL IS COMPLETE SCAM

This hotel is a complete scam. The photos on Booking.com do not reflect the actual condition of the property.

Cleanliness is severely lacking throughout the hotel—from the beds and bathrooms to the breakfast area. The room had a very unpleasant odor, and the air conditioning was old and barely able to cool the room.

We also found small insects and spiders on the floor and underneath the beds, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

To make matters worse, upon our arrival, the hotel asked us to cancel our Booking.com reservation so they could avoid paying Booking.com’s commission, offering us only a small discount in return. This is highly unprofessional and raises serious concerns about their business practices.

I strongly urge Booking.com to reassess this hotel’s rating and listing. As customers, we trust Booking.com to provide accurate information and reliable accommodations, and experiences like this undermine that trust.

Pros:

We were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the breakfast each day. Although it wasn't an enormous buffet, there was a good variety of choices and everything was freshly prepared. We appreciated being able to enjoy different dishes throughout our stay without feeling repetitive. It was the perfect way to begin each morning before a full day of sightseeing.
