Pros:

L’emplacement est bien. Le personnel est aimable.

Cons:

L’état de la salle de bain.
Le plafond de la chambre présente des taches d’humidité et lorsqu’il a plu, il y avait de l’eau en bonne quantité sur le parquet.

A comfortable and straightforward stay overall
Pros:

The room was clean, well kept and had all the basic things I needed. The staff were particularly helpful and made me feel welcome from the beginning. Whenever I needed assistance, they were quick to respond and easy to talk to. It was nice to stay somewhere where the service felt genuinely friendly.

The room was quiet most times. Breakfast is included and it is ok. Good location. Good price. Friendly staff available all day 24/7.

Cons:

Could improve cleanliness of the room, including bed sheets (found some ants in my bed sheets) and bathroom sink. No window in the room where I stayed only a small window in the bathroom.

We had a very pleasant stay from beginning to end
Pros:

Everything was as described, and the service was better than we expected in a few ways. The room was comfortable, the common areas were clean, and the staff were always polite and helpful. It was nice to have a stay where we didn't have to worry about small problems or unexpected issues.

Good location to nearby places but wasnt a pleasant stay
Pros:

The location is conveniently close to all the main attractions and the Old Quarter. The staff were friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout our stay. Breakfast choices are good.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the room was not as shown in the photos published on the website. It was quite dirty and appeared to be an older property than expected. Also, there is no lift access from the ground floor to the first floor; the lift is only available from the first floor onwards, which can be inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.

The staff were honestly one of the best parts of our stay
Pros:

One of the things we appreciated most was how kind and attentive the staff were. They were always approachable and happy to help, whether we needed a recommendation or had a small request. Nothing felt forced or overly formal; the service came across as genuinely friendly. Their attitude made a real difference to our holiday and left us with some very good memories of the stay.

A localização, limpeza e pessoas.

Cons:

As fotos on-line não se aproximam com a realidade. O Hotel é bem simples e foi difícil achar Golden Sun sendo que no alto o que estava escrito era Valéria. A placa com Golden Sun era muito peque e baixa. Fiquei perdida quando cheguei.

המלון במיקום מעולה בעיני- קרוב מאוד להמון מקומות מעולים אבל לא צפוף מידי במרכז
החדר גדול ונוח
המיטות מצוינות ונוחות
מחיר ביחס לתמורה- שווה מאוד
ארוחת בוקר נחמד מאוד

החדר אחלה אבל השירותים והמקלחת צפופים וקטנים
המעלית לא עולה לקומה 7- שם היה החדר שלנו
מידי פעם שמענו את השכנים שלנו מחדרים למטה
המלון לא יפה במיוחד ומעט מיושן
חדר ארוחת בוקר קצת קטן וצפוף

Everything went quite smoothly during our stay
Pros:

We found the hotel comfortable, the staff friendly, and the service reliable whenever we needed anything. We liked the location a lot during our stay
Pros:

It’s in a central part of Hanoi, with plenty of restaurants, cafés and shops around, so we could usually find somewhere to eat or have a coffee without going far. Quite a few places were also within walking distance, which saved us from having to take a taxi all the time. When we wanted to visit somewhere further away, it was easy enough to get a Grab. The area can be busy, as you would expect from the city centre, but we found it convenient for exploring Hanoi.

The room was well kept throughout our stay and we found it comfortable from the beginning. It was clean when we arrived, and everything was neatly arranged.
