Pros:

Amazing breakfast. Friendliest most amazing staff we encountered in all Vietnam. Will definately stay again.

Cons:

The only downfall was no windows but I've come to discover that's a quirky feature for Vietnam.

Staff excellent and great location
Pros:

The staff were very nice with a special mention for Linh as she was extremely helpful and friendly in arranging the booking and accommodating us for breakfast as we had an early start. David was also very helpful. Location is great. Would recommend.

Pros:

La atencion del personal...excelente. la ubicacion, la limpieza y el desayuno. Todo sobresaliente.. a pesar del ruido externo, no molesta porque las venranas son dobles y hermetcas.

Cons:

Un poquito incomodo el funcionamiento del aire acondicionado. Funcionaba 30 segundos si y 1 minuto no, cuesta conciliar el sueño

Świetny hotel bardzo polecam
Pros:

Fantastyczny, naprawdę fajny hotel w bardzo cichej uliczce, w głównych ulicach było głośno a tu wystarczyło tylko skręcić i już się było w cichej ulicy. Pokój bez hałasu z zewnątrz , czysty z dużą łazienką i niewiarygodnie wygodnym materacem. Śniadanie z dość dużym wyborem, owoce dostępne. Przemiły pracownicy na recepcji.

Great location, walking distance to train street, and to most attractions. Tom was really helpful. A lot of food and spa options around. Great value for money. Breakfast was good.

Très mal propre et bruyant

Seules choses de positives:
-Très bien situé
-Personnel à la réception accueillant et très gentil

Cons:

-Chambre très mal propre! Beaucoup de poussière, toiles d’araignées et saleté sur les murs ce qui suggère qu’il y a très longtemps que la chambre n’a pas été nettoyée! Dommage que je ne peux mettre que 4 photos de la saleté)
-Aucune fenêtre donnant à l’extérieur!
-Les photos paraissent beaucoup mieux qu’en vrai!
-Les murs sont mals insonorisés, nous avons été réveillés toute la nuit par du bruit provenant des chambres voisines!
-Prix beaucoup trop élevé pour la qualité
-À notre départ, la réception nous a demandé de donner une note parfaite de 10/10 afin d’aider à supporter l’hôtel, la note est donc artificiellement élevée et est très loin de valoir un 9/10!

L'accueil du personnel était très sympathique et disponible pour nous accompagner dans notre séjour à Hanoï.
La chambre était propre et bien équipée.
L'emplacement sur Hanoï est également très bon pour visiter la ville.

We stayed there for 1 night and rested comfortably. It’s located in one of the busy streets but we didn’t hear any noise

The staff were friendly and suggestive of better options for our trip. The breakfast was superb! 10/10

Cons:

Nothing much, maybe just that the bathroom was not shiny - clean if you get what I mean 😅 but overall it’s worth it for the price.
