There were countless places to eat within just a few minutes' walk, from traditional Vietnamese restaurants to cozy cafés. We also appreciated how comfortable and safe we felt walking around the neighborhood at night. The area has a friendly atmosphere and is ideal for anyone wanting to experience Hanoi without relying on taxis. I would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful experience staying here, and the excellent customer service really made a difference. Every member of the staff we met was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. Whether we had questions about the city, needed recommendations for local restaurants, or asked for assistance at the hotel, they responded quickly and professionally. Their warm hospitality made us feel comfortable and well taken care of throughout our stay. Another thing we really appreciated was the fantastic location. Many of Hanoi's most popular attractions, restaurants, cafés, and shopping streets were within walking distance, so we were able to explore the city easily without relying on taxis or public transportation. It made our trip much more relaxing and enjoyable, and we would definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Hanoi.

I truly appreciated the level of care shown by everyone at the hotel. The staff consistently checked that everything was going well and were always ready to help with any request. The room was beautifully presented, very clean, and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay.

This hotel turned out to be one of the best parts of our trip. We stayed for four nights and enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere, which was unexpected considering how central the location is. Breakfast exceeded our expectations with its wide range of fresh options and consistently good quality. Every evening we returned to a quiet, comfortable room that made it easy to rest after busy days of sightseeing.

Presque tous les sites que nous souhaitions découvrir étaient accessibles à pied, des charmants cafés aux restaurants locaux, en passant par les principales attractions touristiques. Cela nous a permis de gagner un temps précieux et d'économiser sur les frais de transport tout au long de notre séjour. L'hôtel lui-même est tout aussi remarquable : impeccable, parfaitement entretenu et géré avec beaucoup de professionnalisme. Les espaces communs comme les chambres étaient toujours très propres, et l'atmosphère générale était chaleureuse, paisible et propice à la détente.

From the moment we arrived, they were always attentive and eager to help with anything we needed. They provided excellent local recommendations that made it much easier for us to explore the city and discover places we would not have found on our own. In addition, they efficiently arranged tours for us, taking care of all the details so we could simply enjoy our trip. Their deep local knowledge proved incredibly valuable and made our stay far more enjoyable and stress-free.
