Pros:

The staff in particular helped us spectacularly when our flight and subsequent stay on Isle of Pines was cancelled. We'd stayed there 2 nights prior, and had to come back in an emergency and they couldn't have been more helpful. The hotel itself was already great, but we are grateful for the staff for helping us out.

The garden facing rooms are very quiet, the ocean view ones are quite loud at night (the price you pay considering the location). The staff was extremely kind and helpful.
