We really enjoyed this cute little hotel
Pros:

The room was super clean and a very good location. We loved our terasse and would definetly recommend everyone to book that room type. Staff was very friendly and the restaurant downstairs had good drinks. Must also recommend the restaurant next door - Beach House - best food we had during our stay! The Casino supermarket is also fairly close by and have really good quality food.

Pros:

We had the delusxe room, more space in room and on balcony. We travelled with two friends who had the standard room, and we could comfortably meet and have drinks etc in our room and on our balcony which had a front-row view of the bay. You can sit on the balcony and have a great view of sunsets, people on the beach and on the grass. Endless entertainment. One note - there is some noise from nearby bars and boom boxes by the beach, so if you're very sensitive to such noise, which is not extreme if you're in the room with the door to the balcony closed, you may want to get a place further from the busy part of the beach.

This hotel is a great value directly opposite the beach and tourist areas in Noumea.
Pros:

The location fronting the beach on Baie des Citrons in Noumea is ideal for those vacationing in the area. It is also convenient to the SOuth Pacific Commission and the IRD research centre. There is a bus to downtown only a few meters down the street and numerous restaurants in easy walking distance. This property is a very good value in the quite expensive Noumea hotel market.

Cons:

No complaints. I have stayed here before and came back because I knew what to expect and that the property was a good value.

Good property.
Especially impressed with reception Manager Tsugumi MANO. Exceptionally efficient, helpful with bus bookings, endlessly patient and smiling happily.

I am experienced with “customer service” issues having spent many years advising businesses I Australia. A pleasure to visit Noumea and to have so much help for by our big group.

We didn’t want to leave. Best place to stay at Baie des Citrons.
Pros:

Amazing location, exactly where you need to be when staying in Nouméa. Beach across the street, bars and cafes all around and a shopping centre just 5-10mins walk.

Cons:

Nothing, second time staying here, amazing value for money.
