Pros:

All was good, very comfortable double bed!!! Clean. Mustafá’s assistance was very on time and professional. All staff were polite and helpful.

A mulher que trabalhou na recepção foi muito atenciosa e simpática. Superou as minhas espectativas. Obrigada!

Cons:

Foi me dito que o pequeno almoço seria 10 euros (não gostei muito do cardápio) mas foi me cobrado no cartão €12,55.
Não é pelo valor cobrado a mais, mas pelo respeito pelo cliente.

Generally, it was not bad, but nothing special

Only receptionists were trying to be helpful

Cons:

The rooms are old and small, bathrooms do not have vent system so it’s always moist and freezing. The spa („pool”) was not working one time we ask, the second time they told that will check and call us but never called. The choice for breakfasts is pretty limited.

Upon arrival Ahmed was very very helpful with helping me me log on to their WiFi, and showing me all the facilities. Will deffo stay here again. 5 🌟service.

Cons:

That the cleaners threw away my shower cap.
And could not replace it. They gave me free coffee and cake for this.
And biscuits.

Pros:

Wir sind aus Deutschland angereist und waren insgesamt zufrieden. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns der freundliche Service – unsere Anliegen wurden jederzeit schnell über WhatsApp erledigt. Das war sehr angenehm und hat den Aufenthalt komfortabler gemacht.

Very pleasant staff, especially Ahmed the receptionist who was very helpful, and also the lady at the reception.
The hotel has a very good location. It is very close to the Fuar Merkezi, with plenty of restaurants and also two mosques nearby.
The room was decent and clean.

Cons:

The room was quite small. The hotel in general is quite small.
The housekeeping was average, with sometimes some parts of the room not cleaned, soap not refilled, or toilet paper not made available.
The breakfast was modest with limited varieties and a bit repetitive. The staff at the restaurant weren’t very pleasant.

اخص بالشكر استاذ احمد المصري الموجود فى الاستقبال هيقابلك بالرحابة والابتسامة الجميلة وساعدني كتير ، ولو عايز تسأل عن مكان معين بيرشدك ، بيتكلم عربي وانجليزي ، سوف اكرر الاقامة فى نفس الفندق .
