Pros:

The lady who checked in my partner and I was absolutely lovely. We turned up with our 8 month old daughter and my partners older daughter, a few hours before the usual check in time just to see if we could check in early, as we had a lot of stuff in the car including cold items. Thankfully we were able to. The lady that helped us was so friendly and I’m bummed I forgot her name. She was so welcoming and understanding while checking us in. We will 100% stay there again.

Cons:

The remote for the aircon upstairs wasn’t the right remote as it wasn’t even the same brand, so we had to use the downstairs A/C remote for both.
