I loved my stay at Crystal Palace Luxury Hotel!

A really well managed hotel with attentive & courteous staff. Breakfast buffet had a wide selection of foods & was amazing value. The ground floor swimming pool was very clean & well maintained & was very popular with guests. Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. Exceptional value. Also for getting into Pattaya the songtaew (10THB Baht Bus) stopped on the main road in front of the hotel. Terrific.

After a long journey from Hanoi to Bangkok and then to Pattaya, we—Avi and Jessica—arrived at Crystal Palace Luxury Hotel Pattaya on a pleasant afternoon. After hours of travel, stepping into this hotel felt like shedding all the exhaustion. We were fortunate to be assigned a room in the newly built Crystal Luxury section, and from the moment we stepped inside, we knew we had made the right choice.

The room immediately impressed us with its refined and well-arranged space. It was quiet, spacious, and elegantly designed, offering a sense of relaxation and comfort. The highlight was undoubtedly the bed—exceptionally soft and plush, making it incredibly easy to sink into a deep, restful sleep. The bathroom was spotless and thoughtfully designed, providing both functionality and a touch of modern convenience.

However, one downside of the hotel is its location—it’s not close to the beach. For those looking for an oceanfront stay, this might be a slight inconvenience. On the other hand, if nightlife and culinary experiences are a priority, the hotel’s proximity to night markets and bustling eateries (just 200 meters away) is a major advantage. It was incredibly convenient for exploring Pattaya’s vibrant energy after dark.

When it comes to the staff and service, they performed their duties professionally, but with a lack of warmth and engagement. They smiled, but not in a way that made us feel particularly welcomed. While they provided adequate responses to our questions, they didn’t go out of their way to connect or engage with guests proactively.

Final Thoughts: Despite a few minor shortcomings, Crystal Palace Luxury Hotel Pattaya remains a solid choice for travelers seeking comfort, tranquility, and modern amenities after a long journey. The well-designed rooms, excellent bedding, and convenient location for nightlife make it a great option. If the service team could be more attentive and engaging, the experience would be even better.

Overall, we would rate this hotel 8/10—a wonderful experience that, with just a little improvement in customer service, could easily reach a higher score.

Well, the hotel is a value fr money,but staff is rude and unreasonable, they breakfast offers the same menu daily, the menu is not that extensive ,even ceased to offer me ice cubes,as i wanted myself an ice coffee, if u accidently happen to distroy hotel property, they charge u a bomb, i was charged 500 bhats fr loosing my room key card,disgusting, at time internet sucks,by and large ,u find Chinese here

Genuinely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, to call this a 5 star hotel is an absolute joke, the receptionist we checked in with was extremely rude and just laughed when we tried to explain that we had paid for a double bed room and had been given a room with 2 single beds. Secondly the hotel tried to charge us 500 baht because there was a small stain on the duvet cover (which was there from the previous guests) there was also blood on the bed sheets from the previous guests, WHICH HAD NOT BEEN WASHED!!! When we explained that the stains where there when we arrived (and showed the photo we had taken upon arrival proving this) we were told to go and clean the sheets ourselves. We asked to get our room cleaned after a couple of days of staying at the hotel, we came back to find that the cleaners had simply re- tucked all of the bed sheets but not actually washed anything, due to this and the fact that there was blood on our bed sheets from previous guests makes me believe that nothing in our room had been cleaned after the previous guests had left and before we arrived. The downstairs swimming pool is also extremely dirty with what looks like bits of mud floating in it, however the upstairs pool is ok and a lot cleaner. The buffet breakfast (which is from 6am-10am) is also quite good, however there isn’t much variety and the food is the same every day but I would still recommend getting it. The air conditioning started leaking one night causing a small
flood on the floor of our room and wifi also does not work.

If you need internet don't choose this hotel everybody has login problems! We booked twin bed received single beds. Not helpful to change room although we are Expedia gold member they upgraded next day and we had to pay upgrade fee! We had to leave the room 12 o clock ant they let us wait 2 hours in he lobby before we could access the upgraded room. Terrible service!

Sänky aivan erinomainen. Minulle sijainti hieman liian sivussa. Ei marketteja eikä ravintolapaikkoja kuin yksi läheisellä kadulla. 7/11 kauppoja muutama ja siinä kaikki. Jos haluaa olla rauhassa kaikista, sopii hyvin. En lapsiperheille suosittele tai lapset saa hepulin.Alue kuin kuollutta kehitysaluetta; ei mitään elämää!! Jomtien alueella on sentään elämää!! Jos tilaa Boltin taksin, niin pääsee Jomtien alueelle n 120 Bathia ja kadunvarresta riksakyydillä 20 Bathia .

We stayed at this hotel in Pattaya as a group of girls, but our experience was far from pleasant. Upon check-in, we were required to pay a deposit of 1000 THB, which seemed standard. The issue arose at check-out when we were unfairly charged 400 THB for a floor mat.

The floor mat, which clearly had “welcome” written on it, was provided as part of the room amenities. Naturally, as a floor mat, it was placed on the floor and used as intended. However, the receptionist insisted we had "dirtied" it and demanded payment for what seemed like normal wear and tear.

The receptionist was extremely rude, unprofessional, and unable to communicate effectively in English. When we asked to speak to her manager or someone who could assist us, she mocked us with exaggerated facial expressions instead of helping. Her behavior was insulting and completely unacceptable.

Charging guests for a used floor mat—something that is naturally expected to get dirty—is unreasonable. The lack of professionalism and poor communication from the staff made the situation even worse.

We would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a stress-free and welcoming experience.

One of the worst hotel i have ever been. They made us pay for towel which was placed on the floor because it got dirty. They themselves placed that towel to be used on the floor in the bathroom. When checking out they made us pay 400bahts saying we ruined the towel!!! If that towel was not to be used on the floor then why put it there??????

Meant to be luxury definitely not. Was constantly kept awake by other guests to the early hours extremely noisy. Then ping 6am other guests get up for breakfast and are totally noisy above a normal level. After that reception ring on a phone outside my room to alert cleaning staff to work rota rings everyday many times.
Consequently averaging 4 hours sleep per day.
Came out of lift and noticed part of the ceiling had fallen down on to the stairs. No balcony and bars on the window and some kind of noisy thing next to the bars.
The cleaning lady is very lovely. Reception staff fine but don’t really have a clue about dealing with the issues. It’s difficult due to the language barrier.
Beds are comfortable and room is cleaned daily.
Windows single glazed so traffic noise bad.

Diring check in they infored the room is not available in the Chrystal palace luxury hotel and they provided room is Cyrstal palace std hotel
And service was very bad
Cleanliness inside room was also worst
Bed sheet and pillow covers are very old even we have dought that is washed or not
Some what we managed by using our stuff
Bath room also found very dirty ...

As they not provide the room as per my booking, we need to request refund .

Extremely basic hotel, rooms are simple and cleaning service is not good. Breakfast doesn’t have too many options besides chinese food and some bread. Far away from the beach. I won’t recommend it at all.

loudsy tourist guest when comming the room. Room not protect voice from outside, you can herd loud voice from outside.

Crystal Palace Bangkok staff very professional Rooms very clean and comfortable lovely swimming pool shops very close can walk in 5 minuets or 15 Baht on motorbike Taxi family mart 2 minuets walk away massage 2 minuets walk and first class shuttle service from hotel to airport I will use this hotel again 100% staff can not do enough for you

Clean room, comfortable bed, heating OK, food is fine, large TV screen, a lot of channels. The room has a balcony. It is near the main road. They have parking. I recommend to stay here. I will go there for sure.
