Pros:

I prefer to stay at Fersal Place Hotel for a while,because it is only a 5- minute walk to the Philippine Heart Center. Sa mga may patient po dyan na mag papa check up sa PHC, East Avenue Hospital, i would recommend po sa inyu na dyan po kay mag stay,mga mababait po yong nga staff po nila. Thank you Fersal Place Hotel,Malakas street. 😍😍

Convenient and restful.
Pros:

Proximity to Philippine Heart Center. They also have a restaurant that serves decent food. Very convenient for out of town travelers.

Ok hotel near the hospitals

It was close to the hospital

Cons:

Our first room had no functioning exhaust. The room we transferred to after we complained had a stained couch. Air Conditioner did not sufficiently cool the suite

Pros:

It's just beside the PHC that is why we checked in, my husband had his routine check up.

Cons:

It's our 3rd time to check in and every time, an appliance is not working - aircon not functioning well so a fan was brought in; refrigerator wasn't working- knob was replaced; tv not working- installed booster, but still losing connection. The maintenance person will fix but it just seems like band aid solutions. The building needs serious maintenance works without sans the aesthetics focusing on appliances and stuck windows for your guests' safety.

Convenient and close to proximities. Great and courteous staff. Secured area and I feel safe.

Close to proximities. Front desk and security are very courteous.

Cons:

My bathroom room door won't lock. Took the following day to fix. Room safe is always broken, staff have been very helpful and eager to help.
