Pros:

False advertising throughout the description. We chose this hotel over a nearby competitor (with lower rates and bigger bed available) because they advertised that baby crib was available, but this was not the case and the reception staff was amused or surprised that we thought they would have a crib. The room had only 1 towel in the meager bathroom that looked nothing like the images shown on the hotels dot com page for our room type. We asked for another bath towel and some hand towels but they were never delivered to the room. At breakfast, the staff in the restaurant insisted that the room only came with breakfast for one (whereas the reservation was clearly advertised as breakfast for two). As I didn’t have my reservation info handy, we settled for sharing a plate, but even at that the staff acted like we had been given a favor to be allowed to sit together and share a small plate of food. Lastly, we actually were never given a room key, and had to arrange to be let back into our room after breakfast. Otherwise, the staff were relatively friendly and helpful.

The location of the hotel was good, and was easily accessible. The staff were very friendly and courteous. I found the place to be very welcoming, making one feel at home.
