Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Golden Sunshine Villa Hotel and Travel. The hotel is clean, modern and offers spacious, comfortable rooms. The bathroom was excellent, with a great rain shower and plenty of hot water. The reception staff were very friendly, professional and always ready to help. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the city center and close to all the main attractions, restaurants and shops. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of choices, and the service was excellent every morning. We also used the hotel’s laundry service, which was outstanding. Our clothes were returned perfectly clean at a very reasonable price, and the hotel even delivered them to our next hotel nearby. That level of service really impressed us.

מיקום מצויין, יתרון נוסף שהבניין פנימי ולא שומעים את המולת הרחוב

Cons:

כניסה למלון מסמטה חשוכה ולא נעימה, המלון ישן מאוד עד כדי מט ליפול, מעלית שלא מגיע לכל הקומות, מרפסת עם דלת שננעלת מבפנים קורה מקרה שננעלתי בחוץ.
חדרים עם ריהוט מרופט ושבור, נמלים ושאר חרקים בכל פינה, מזגנים שעובדים לסירוגין, אפילו הטלוויזיה הייתה תלויה באלכסון ולא ניתן היה לצפות בכלום כי נטפליקס ושאר האפליקציות לא עובדות. שערות וטינופת במקלחת, אופנועים חונים במטבח, ארוחת בוקר שלא מכבדת אף אורח, לובי שנראה כמו בסטה בתחנה המרכזית. אני לא יודע איך המקום קיבל דירוג כזה בבוקינג.

Personnel adoble, Mme NGOC nous a aidé pour réserver le bus Limousine de Ha Noi à Ninh Binh, et le train de Ninh Binh à Da Nang. Elle nous a égqlement aidé à commander un panier de fruits avec une décoration et emballage cadeau. La navette de l'hotel est vennue nous chercher à l'aéroport pour nous amener directement devant l'hotel. L'hotel commercialise également des cartes SIM avec data 3Gb par jour. Il propose également des tour de voyage. Elle donne aussi des conseils sur les restaurants réputés. L'hotel dispose de wifi et l'eau chaude et petit déjeuner simple et correcte.

Pros:

The location is very good and we like the proximity to the lake plus all the old quarter attractions.
The staff are very helpfull and friendly which goes a long way towards making our stay so memorable.
This is a repeat stay for us and we would definitely return again.

Cons:

Breakfast fruit juices need to be chilled.
Hot water along with tea and coffee need to be provided.

Pros:

Big room and comfortable bed. Room was clean and tidy. Friendly staff. Old style charm. Super location.
Good value for money

Cons:

Staying in the ninth floor and elevator only goes to 8th. So we walked the last floor. TV was not working properly.
