Friendly smiles and welcoming even with my little girls that I get to see a few hrs every weekend
Pros:

All the staff treated me with respect and smile. This hotel is the only one I feel safe enough to get my visits with my little girls. And not the pool is open that absolutely loved it.

Cons:

I enjoyed it all there was nothing I didn't like about it.

You need to stay in Kansas City one night? This will do.
Pros:

This is a great location, an easy on/off the highway. The staff was friendly and there were plenty of parking spots available. They charged me exactly what was quoted-No surprise charges, yay!

Cons:

The smell of cigarette smoke permeates the lobby, although our non smoking room DID NOT smell like cigarette smoke. Upon arrival we noticed that the advertised rate had dropped almost $15 per night. Since I had prepaid the room, I didn't say anything-But matching the advertised rate would have been a nice touch.

I could stay at a beatiful hotel in downtown Chicago with that prices but this is the World Cup atmosphere in the city :
Pros:

Becki was very friendly and doing a good job.

Cons:

Shouldn’t be an option unless you are out of choices in the city. The room was not cleaned at all.

Buena ubicación , personal amable

Cons:

Instalaciones viejas y descuidadas, malos olores, olor a cigarro en todo el hotel, alfombras sucias, colchones duros, sábanas viejas, curtidas e insuficientes, cobijas viejas , quemadas de cigarrillo y sucias. Mobiliario roto y sucio, WC pasando gua, toallas curtidas y desgastadas, productos de aseo personal (jabón, champú papel higiénico) de mala calidad e insuficiente. Baño curtido. En general, jamás volvería por casi 200$ la noche.
