I understand the need for glass partition for the clerk, but it made it difficult to hear her. She was very friendly. The back part of the parking lot could have been a little more lit, but I never felt threatened. I did park in a better lit area but was less convenient to room. The hallway to room smelled of old cigarette smoke though the room did not. There was a faint smell of skunk when I walked into the hall from outside.
The bathroom was missing the rod for the toilet paper. The shower had good pressure. The height of the shower is perfect if you're 5'8" or shorter.
I didn't have much to put in the refrigerator, luckily, because there were no shelves. I didn't use the microwave or TV. There wasn't a coffee pot in room.
The carpet definitely needs replacing.
Location was perfect. Seemed like a decent neighborhood area. Quick Trip, restaurants were close.
Shower, Lighting, carpet, old cigarette smell in hallway. toilet paper holder. Low toilet.

How clean the room was
Room was very clean and great water pressure. Very close to restaurants and where my event was. Room was very insulated from inside noise and the parking lot was quite.
No TV and could hear highway traffic.

The room had mouse traps, bugs, mold and a horrible smell. The manager refuses to call me back.
The location close to Knuckleheads! The swimming pool!
Can’t think of anything! Maybe have hot water for tea in the lobby because I’m not a coffee drinker.

The room was dirty and I kept having problems with my TV plus the refrigerator didn't work so good and the shower was dirty I had to clean it myself I would like to get some of my money back

I paid to have a clean place for the night ha I had to clean it myself so why do I have to pay so much if I'm doing what your house keeping doesthat's crazy
