The location, friendliness of the staff. The rooms are always very clean.

Cons:

Although I’ve said that the rooms are always clean, this time there was an overpowering smell of bleach in the bathroom that was also evident in the room where we slept. Only really a small issue.

We have stayed here several times.
Pros:

Beds & pillows are comfortable, location is handy. There is a pub next door if you would like drinks, food, pool table & pokies. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful with any questions you may have.

Great quiet location for a short stay in Melbourne suburb.
Pros:

The bed was comfortable and clean. The room size and layout was good. The location was good distance with their pub, local shops and train station.

Cons:

The room does not have clothes drawers. The toilet flush was a bit slow. The door was not easily locked.

Good location, plenty of room

Cons:

Needs more cleaning products to be able to clean up after cooking etc.. and a broom so you can sweep the floor, we stayed for nearly a week, so could definitely had done with a broom and or vacuum..
the yard could do with a nice outdoor setting, maybe a paved area
