It was comfortable, clean and conveniently close to fast food and supermarket.
Pros:

The location suited our need for visiting nearby family and great that we had access to the restaurant. The supermarket was 5 minutes walk away (if that). The bed was comfortable.

Cons:

It had no microwave. Our bed was poorly made and we actually had to remake it.

Pros:

This is by far the best place I have stayed. Value for money is insane, staff members are the best I have ever dealt with. Location location location! Chadstone close enough to kick a stone to. Macca's across the road and anything you could need within walking distance. I would absolutely recommend to anyone. Grounds are the cleanest I have come across which says a
lot considering the pub is right on your doorstep yet it was fat from noisy and a comfortable environment

Highly reccomend this hotel as it is situated close to public transport and other useful facilities

Overall, a great place to stay. Definitely recommend reworking the room lighting.
Pros:

Air con was great, room service was great. The bistro provided great food and the staff were lovely!

Cons:

Lighting in the room is shocking. I couldn't really work in the room so had to leave whenever I had work but had no meetings to attend. Didn't help with the overall situation. Wasn't clear if there was any wifi available and as i didn't spend much time in the room it wasn't worth pursuing. If there is any wifi supplied to rooms then the info needs to be made available explicitly and clearly. Location wasn't the best either from cbd but I knew that prior to booking.

Pros:

Excellent location with easy access to shops, restaurants and city areas. Friendly staff and great bistro. New bathroom was nice and beds were comfortable. Quiet too.

All great experience from morning to evening, albeit hard to sleep on some nights but overall loved
Pros:

A fantastic bistro and sports bar just metres away from my room was a pleased surprise.

Cons:

Trying to sleep when loud bang noises come randomly(sounded water pipes resetting) if rooms were sound proofed, it would have been the perfect experience

Good location, but room was not cleaned to a good standard.
Pros:

Great customer service at reception. Good location and handy to have the bistro nearby.

Cons:

The carpet had not been vacuumed and there was a distinct smell of an air freshener or similar that was overpowering.
