All great experience from morning to evening, albeit hard to sleep on some nights but overall loved
Pros:

A fantastic bistro and sports bar just metres away from my room was a pleased surprise.

Cons:

Trying to sleep when loud bang noises come randomly(sounded water pipes resetting) if rooms were sound proofed, it would have been the perfect experience

Pros:

Excellent location with easy access to shops, restaurants and city areas. Friendly staff and great bistro. New bathroom was nice and beds were comfortable. Quiet too.

Good location, but room was not cleaned to a good standard.
Pros:

Great customer service at reception. Good location and handy to have the bistro nearby.

Cons:

The carpet had not been vacuumed and there was a distinct smell of an air freshener or similar that was overpowering.

Pros:

Pokój był ładny i czysty, a łóżka wygodne. Jedzenie serwowane w restauracji było rewelacyjne, koniecznie polecam spróbować zwłaszcza, że dla gości dostępny jest rabat i po darmowym napoju.

Cons:

W pokoju były tylko kubki i szklanki, byłoby świetnie gdyby oprócz tego były jeszcze jakieś podstawowe miski i talerze.

Staff very friendly but facilities in room well below par

Relatively Close to home, and very friendly staff

Cons:

We were given a different room at the last minute because of hot water issues. The bin hadn’t been cleaned out, and only had half a toilet roll. Also issue with TV, only on 1 channel and remote not working
