Loved the super comfy bed and pillows. Great value for money

Cons:

Didn't like that at check-in the lady told me we were entitled to 10% off all meals at the Ship Inn restaurant and a free welcome drink each. Later that night we went to utilise these and were told it only applies to bookings made directly through them and not through Booking.com. They should definitely extend these offers to include bookings made through third parties. We would be back again if that was the case. Also, has a tiny bathroom and ours had a squeaky floor right at the bathroom door (unit 11). Can hear cars driving by from early morning - the windows and sliding door really should be double paned.

Nice position and convenient to all activities
Pros:

Convenient position nicely equipped with adequate supplies of toiletries and coffee. Hotel meal menu was quite good although we had to return our meals and have them cooked again. We were compensated with free drinks and dessert.

Cons:

Very steep stairs to bedroom. And toilet made our stay difficult for us had unfortunately an issue either hotel meals. Our order was so over cooked we had to have it returned

Pros:

Loved our stay here, however stairs wouldn't be so good for older people!

Cons:

One thing though, they take money out of your account for a bond, not just hold it, its taken out and you have to wait a few days before it gets refunded. Other than that we really enjoyed our stay here.

A great place to stay for a few days, easy access to town and shops and great to have the hotel next door for meals.
Pros:

Great location, easy check in process, very spacious and comfortable. Everything was clean and welcoming.

Cons:

You can hear the people in the unit next to you going up and down their staircase.

Had a great stay. Room was great just a bit noisy.
Pros:

Very central to town, clean well presented room, king size bed, lounge area fully equipped kitchen.

Cons:

The air conditioning unit was very noisy, as was the road, very close to round a bout and service station across toad. Could have done with complete block out blinds as lights were on all night at the service station.

Good place to stay.
Pros:

Great location. A two-floor apartment includes everything we need. Especially the kitchen has a stove top and oven, we can easily make meals while we stay. Very compact unit.

Cons:

The TV signal is a little bit unstable. No silicone placemat and dish rack in the kitchen, so we had to find something else to use.

Fantastic
Pros:

Absolutely loved staying here. Location is excellent, staff were friendly. Everything was clean and as we were there mid week, it was quiet so it seemed like we had entire place to ourselves. Pool side rooms are probably quieter than those on the carpark side so I am glad I booked that. Pool was great- everything well maintained and clean. Plenty of parking.
Will definitely stay here again.
