Recommend to try. Good value for money. Excellent location. Very comfortable accommodation.
Pros:

Very clean. Good size private balcony. Very comfy bed. Spacious bedroom. Plenty of storage with hanging and shelving space. Well equipped kitchen. Nice lounge area. Outdoor pool. Good food.

Schönes großes Apartment über zwei Stockwerke mit Küche, Waschmaschine, Balkon.
Wir hatten zuerst ein Apartment direkt am Parkplatz, konnten aber freundlicherweise noch in ein Apartment am Pool wechseln. Empfehle unbedingt, ein Apartment am Pool zu buchen!

Cons:

Apartments am Parkplatz sind sehr hellhörig, es ist sehr laut. Die Leute laufen teilweise direkt vor den Fenstern vorbei und ständig fahren Autos hin und her. Auf dem Balkon wollten wir da auch nicht sitzen. Dafür ist der Preis recht hoch.
Zu wenig Platz, um Wäsche aufzuhängen.
Badezimmer sehr klein.

Comfortable Accommodation
Pros:

This townhouse accommodation was above what we expected. The kitchen had all cooking appliances, crockery and cutlery that one needs if you were cooking, which we were. The laundry had both washing machine and dryer, drying racks for drying clothes outside on the balcony. Upstairs bedroom was large with a comfortable bed and a balcony one can sit and enjoy a morning cuppa or a sundowner drink. Bathroom was small, however, had everything we needed, and the shower was roomy. Location is excellent with a short walk to the main shopping area for supplies, or a 20 minute walk to the foreshore.

It’s functional
Pros:

It’s an upstairs/downstairs arrangement, kitchen and settee down with bed, bathroom and balcony up top. So no noise from above/below from others

Cons:

Floorboards creaky. One black teabag. Spiders and webs on ceiling and behind curtains. Bathroom tiny.
