Spring break is not a good time to go to the beach
Pros:

The breakfast was pretty good for a light breakfast. Would have liked to see some sort of protein. There were no eggs, bacon or sausage.

Cons:

We had visited there many years ago with the former owners and not at all the same. The front desk was not very friendly. The staff more than made up for it. They were so kind and caring. They seemed to appreciate the guests and accommodated us in every way.

Not worth the money.
Pros:

The staff was excellent. They were pleasant and very helpful. The outside patio area was quite nice.

Cons:

The rooms are old and dated. I would not have cooked in the kitchen. The side of the refrigerator was not clean to my satisfaction and made everything feel dirty. Please add hard boiled eggs to the breakfast which was far too many carbs.

Overall, the view, the location and cleanliness and comfort met expectation
Pros:

Wonderful location that is beachside, well maintained. The maintenance and cleaning crew were actively maintaining the property. The bed was very comfy

Cons:

Some front desk woman said that Prestige “owns the entire beach” even though the sign marks it as a public beach. She was not very helpful

Happy with our rental and enjoyed our one week stay

The view from the balcony and its location to three good restaurants directly across the street

Would rather stay somewhere welcoming.

The rooms are aged, shower didn’t drain well at all, microwave sometimes worked or would just stop, refrigerator made a lot of strange sounds, just overall was hard to sleep with the noise, could hear room doors slamming, just wasn’t worth the money, feel pictures are misleading.

Stay was nice. Would consider going back.
Pros:

Beach was nice and room was comfortable and clean.

Cons:

Beach chairs for the beach are taken down and locked at 4 pm. Had no chance after we checked in at 4 to relax on the beach and we were gone the next day. How about securing the chairs at 6 or 7 pm or after sunset. The beach is your main attraction.
