Windy for a couple of days no fair of hotel
Older facility but very well maintained and clean. Beach access was awesome.
Very close to the beach. There are lounge chairs and umbrellas by the beach. For breakfast, they serve very delicious coffee, like in a café. The room has a built-in kitchen where you can cook anything you want. A large refrigerator. A good shower with strong water pressure. Comfortable beds and a large modern TV.
In the room itself, I didn’t find a single outlet near the beds, and we had two beds, so it was hard to charge our phones. Maybe I didn’t look well enough, but I tried bending down and couldn’t find any. We had to charge them from another corner of the room. The breakfast was not really like a full breakfast, it was more like a snack bar. They offered fruit such as bananas and oranges, croissants, sweet pastries, yogurt, milk, coffee, cocoa, and instant oatmeal with different flavors. That was all. So we had to cook eggs in the room ourselves for breakfast.
The pool was heated, but not as much as we would have liked. The weather wasn’t very hot during our stay, so it would have been nice if the pool had been warmer. We also didn’t find any umbrellas by the pool like in the photos, so when the sun is out, there’s nowhere to hide from it.
Overall, the pool area felt very cramped. There were no proper lounge chairs, only small chairs with tables, so you can’t really sit back and relax comfortably.
The location is really nice, right on the beach and secluded. The room was very large with a full kitchen. I would have loved to have had a bathtub in my room, there was only a shower, but not a big deal, I just wanted a nice soak after a long drive. The pool did not feel heated, so I didn't use it (It was beautiful weather, 70s but the wind was blowing so this Floridan was too chilly to get in an unheated pool). Parking was a bit tight, but I lucked out with a slightly larger space at the back corner right by the pool. There is no jacuzzi or hot tub and not exercise room, and I thought when I booked it I read there was a gym, but I could have been mistaken. The "free breakfast" was just grab-n-go so not really breakfast, which ends at 10:00. I got down there after 10:00 since I was enjoying a wonderful morning beach walk, but the front desk gentleman quickly offered to open it up for me, which was super nice. I just grabbed a couple of pieces of fruit. I found the room to be very well appointed, clean, A/C worked great, and even though this is an older building, it was very well insulated and I wasn't bothered by outside noise or noise from adjoining rooms. I enjoyed my short stay and would recommend it, but it was a bit pricey for me...but I am a cheapskate!
No bath tub in my room, only a shower. No hot tub. Pool wasn't heated (at least not to my needs). Parking very tight-if you have a big vehicle, good luck!
Great location and pretty nice little hotel for the price.
Room was damaged due to constant moisture causing our bathroom to leak from the ceiling when it rained. Which is expected I guess being so close to the ocean but still not something I'd want to deal with while on vacation, also bedsheets looked like they could be changed for some new ones. The beach location and everything else was good.
The location is excellent right in the beach with a lovely patio. They provide tables chairs and loungers beach towels laundry and breakfast. Excellent value for money
The rooms need a little maintenance
La chambre était très grande et le lit confortable, de même pour la salle de bain, la douche avait beaucoup de pression. Une plage est directement accessible, l'emplacement est au calme.
L'hôtel semblait vieux et mal entretenu pour le prix élevé. Les portes se fermaient mal, il fallait forcer pour fermer notre porte d'entrée et la porte de la salle de bain. L'eau de la douche s'écoulait en dehors ce qui a presque inondé la salle de bain. Il y avait beaucoup d'humidité, au point que le plafond au dessus du WC a lâché et s'est écroulé lors de notre séjour (plus d'un mètre sur 90 cm). La personne à l'accueil ne s'est même pas excusée et à ce jour nous n'avons eu aucune indemnisation malgré la gravité de cet incident.
First of all, I wish the pool was connected to the lanai so that you could get from the lanai laying out to the pool and also the pool could’ve been heated! Also wouldn’t coming our door. There was always a pool of water from the air conditioner unit there needs to be a better way to drain the water from those units. I was always afraid of slipping and falling and I also have a handicap son that also could have slipped and fell!
