Pros:

Serene neighborhood, great beach
Pros:

Prestige hotel was nice, very quiet area, great scenery around the hotel! I enjoyed the proximity to the beach and it is within walking distance to restaurants. The hotel room was spacious, also enjoyed the mini kitchenette and the full size fridge ( perfect for a longer stay).

Cons:

Hotel was clean but throughout the night afternoon/night we noticed several types of bugs and roaches crawling on the wall and floor. Also a little more thought on the breakfast options would be great. If planning to stay there for more than 1 day especially with kids, bring your groceries. There are no grocery stores close by and everything cost and arm and a leg on the island side.

Excelente hotel para família em vero Beach
Pros:

Hotel antigo, mas bem conservado. Na praia. Cadeiras e guarda sol gratuitos. Boa piscina.
Estacionamento gratuito. Cama enorme e muito confortável. restaurante italiano Dário, que é excelente, fica em frente ao hotel. Café da manhã incluso é bom para os padrões americanos.

Pros:

Backyard and the walk to the Beach.

Cons:

The rooms on the first floor are right next to the parking lot. Just like a cheap motel. It’s really not nice, and it’s pretty expensive for what it is. Our room was already quite run-down. We wouldn’t stay here again and can’t recommend it.

Piacevole hotel sulla spiaggia
Pros:

L'hotel è in una bella posizione, con accesso diretto alla spiaggia di Vero Beach. C'è una piccola piscina che nonostante non sia in una posizione particolarmente fortunata è piacevole da usare. La camera era abbastanza ampia e pulita. Buona la colazione piuttosto varia, con alcuni tavolini all'esterno.

Cons:

Le camere avrebbero bisogno di una rinfrescata. Sul vialetto d'accesso alle camere gocciolano tutti i condizionatori per cui il pavimento diventa scivoloso e se non si sta attenti si porta l'acqua in camera con le scarpe.

Very clean room, run down outside.
Pros:

The location was perfect, right on the beach. The room was very clean.

Cons:

They say they have breakfast but it’s just slices of bread in a zip lock baggie. The stairs were crooked and looked old.

Nice stay, but not again

The so called buffet breakfast was 🤢 I guess all you can eat small boxed cereal and bananas is classified as that.
Also found a pair of very dirty ladies panties behind the night stand. Makes me wonder about how much cleaning between guest there really is
