The staff were nice and helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, for our specific needs.
We stayed 2 nights.
In the first room we had for the first night the shower didn’t heat the water. The aircon was noisy and difficult to sleep through and it ended up spilling water everywhere on the second evening prompting us to switch rooms.
In the second room things were much better. The shower worked properly and the aircon was quiet. But the beds were still uncomfortable.
The breakfast. We only had breakfast the one day but it consisted of bread, if you wanted toast, and some rice and soup which my Thai wife did not enjoy. The drinks consisted of powdered coffee or water. They may have had tea but I didn’t notice. We never had breakfast after the second night as we left before 5am to drive back to Chiang Mai.
As I said above, the staff were really nice and friendly, but I will never stay there again.
Very friendly and helpfull staff, rooms were clean and tidy, We did not get the room we liked in the picture it was a boring white room. The building was repurposed from an Industrial site, which is good for the environment. It is very close to the Metro and one cen get to DMK airport quickly. Good place for short stays or business trips.
The perfume in reception is super strong, you can taste it as you inhale it in reception! Please get rid of it! It is too much.
The breakfast is not what one would expect: 3 Thai dishes, white toast, water, instant cofee and some fruit, mostly watermelon. (no tea, no eggs, cheap margarine not butter) All very cheap money saving ingredients. The beds in the family room were very uncomfortable. Location is not for travelers, who want to go sight seeing but you can take the Metro which is great.

Breakfast is included into the price! The rooms meet criteria according to the price. Clean rooms, free Wi-Fi. But it's noisy if your window looks out into the road.
