At Smile Oasis Houses

Nos pareció un hotel muy cómodo, el área del Lobby muy bonito, muchas plantas que hace el lugar muy agradable, La señora de recepción Única, hubo un día q no había tiempo para desayunar en el Lobby y nos preparo unos sanwich para llevarnos..Nos pareció muy buena la ubicación, a la mitad de todas las atracciones.. Para el precio que pagamos (29 CAN x 2 personas) lo calificó muy bueno.. Café gratis y Wifi.

L’hôte très charmante, le personnel s’assure qu’on ne manque de rien, nous offre stuff à bonite ou aloès, petit déjeuner fait avec amour par la propriétaire le matin chambre petite mais confortable, la climatisation marché bien il y a quelqu’un à la réception jour et nuit .... distributeur à eau liqueur et bière ... café c’était excellent pour le prix payé

Decent cheap option in a good location.

If you need to be around the Khaosan Rd area but do not want the noise at night, this is a very quiet place. And only a 4 min walk to Khaosan. Very reasonable price. Laundry on site, mini van pick up for airport. Also if you are on a budget, the S1 Airport bus will get you close enough as well for only 60 bht. I have stayed here once a year for about 5 years in a row.

The hotel is basic but clean, rooms have ac and a tv (although English language programmes are very few) the location is close to Khao san and riverside there is also a bus stop not far from the hotel which will get you to shopping malls and the skytrain etc. There is tea and coffee facilities in reception which area available in the morningw which is great. The people working at reception, especially Alli are fantastic, so lovely and kind. If you enjoy football then do make sure you have a chat with Allie, you’ll make his day and his knowledge is superb.
For the price you can’t fault this hotel.

It is not bad if you try to stay in an independent room at an inexpensive price. But it is not good to be late at night because there is a hotel inside a narrow alley. And although I can not say it's generic, my bedding still has some traces left. I guess I was in a bad luck?

Nice, clean, comfortable, & convenient! Great place close to Khao San road.

Stayed a week in a spacious room. The hotel is located conveniently close to the classical sights and the river although silent at night. The greatest asset is its staff who is welcoming and very helpful, for example walking with us to show the location of a good local restaurant.

We spent two nights here and would certainly reccomend. It is close to the action and Khao San road but far enough from the main road to ensure a good nights sleep. The room is quite small however it is exactly as pictured, clean and with good AC and wi-fi.

Overall, I liked it and would go back. It's basic but good considering the price, and it's clean.
It gets you very close to Kahosan Rd. without all the noise and in a private room.
Also close to Phra Arthit Pier which is helpful to visit Wat Arun, Grand Palace and Wat Pho.
Arriving might be confusing as it is not actually on the road but in an alley, but look it up con Google maps and use the pictures as reference.
If you book a shuttle to the airport for departure allow more time than needed as the first half hour or so of your trip consists mostly of just waiting around for other people or for the van itself.

Bien placé, personnel sympa

This is a simple yet clean hotel. A great find as it's close to alot of things and it's downtown. The owner is super nice and helpful if you have questions. They even have a washer and dryer if you want to wash clothes and it's inexpensive. The only suggestion we had was to clean the room if the person is staying longer than one day. They did provide clean towels each day though. Would definitely stay here again!

Close to the S1 for airport transfers. Very hospitable staff.

가격이 저렴하다는 것 외에 장점이 별로 없습니다. 카오산 로드 근처라 나름 접근성이 좋다고 할수는 있겠네요.

À 5mn de khao San road et on entend absolument aucun bruit (sauf les voisins d'à côté si ils abusent).
La wifi marche très bien même ds la chambre. La clim fait du bien. Eau chaude. Bus gratuit juste à côté pour presque partout. Le bateau taxi à 15mn à pied. Le bus de l'aéroport te laisse à 300m bref très bien pour le prix.
