Pros:

Customer service was good

Cons:

I wanted to swim, but the pool was closed. I like to do my exercises because I'm a lifeguard. I was disappointed about the pool.

Pros:

Hotel novo, bonito, quarto espaçoso e bem confortável. A piscina é boa. Restaurante muito bom. O café-da-manhã é relativamente simples, mas atendeu bem a nossa necessidade.

Cons:

A localização não é das melhores, pois fica numa área mais residencial, sem comércio próximo. Contudo, é uma área tranquila e não fica distante do aeroporto.

Pros:

Very well located near the airport. The rooms are very spacious and the staff is super helpful. Perfect if you’re looking for a convenient and comfortable stay near the airport. The artisanal market is also a short drive away.

Perfect short stay during Guatemala trip
Pros:

We stayed here only one night in between stop of our Guatemala trip. Location is great so close to the airport, the room was huge (a studio actually) and comfortable. The staff was kind and friendly and the breakfast was good

Cons:

We had dinner in the restaurant and it took us 1h to get our plates, while only two other small tables were ahead of us.. I think we were just unlucky

could be a very nice hotel if they would renovate the rooms

Location was good. Staff was nice. Rooms are big

Cons:

the room decor is awful. They could make them so nice, since they are big rooms. The furniture is ugly, the linen and bed covers look and are cheap

Große Zimmer, viel Platz, schöner Pool, hilfreiches Personal.
Super Mikrowelle für heißes Wasser.
Essen im Restaurant war gut, bis auf die Pizza. Da hätte ich mir für den Preis mehr italienische oder amerikanische Pizza vorgestellt.
Sehr angenehm duftende Seifen und Conditioner im Bad.

Cons:

Im Zimmer gab es Herdplatten aber keine Utensilien, um zu kochen bzw. Teller und Besteck.
