The breakfast was good with a lot of choices.
I stayed 1 night. The total price with deposit was153.49. I was charged this amount 3 times. 3 separate transactions for 153.49. I spoke with staff multiple times in person and on the phone. They had me insert my debit card 2 times at check in. Both times gave an error message. Then the clerk charged my card on the computer. The staff said they only charged me 1 time and that the other 2 charges would fall off in a few days. However I am still out the money as I write this. That was money I needed that was taken regardless of when it comes back. It’s not right that I was charges like this. With today’s technology there is no reason this should happen. All the staff acted like I was bothering them for asking and said the money wasn’t actually gone and would be returned. I can tell you it is gone as I still don’t have it. Over 350 dollars extra. This Hampton inn is not on par with other Hampton inns I’ve stayed at.
Location was great, large rooms, good pool, very clean
Breakfast was sub par, beds were not comfortable, only one working elevator.

Breakfast was cold. Room was dirty. First room, the pull out sofa was broken so they moved us. The second room, the chair was so stained up and gross. The couch was as well. The pull out sofa was the same issue. At that point, we all just squeezed into one bed. I understand renovations but charging over $120 per night is atrocious for how outdated and gross the rooms are. The pool was freezing ice cold. The hot tub was luke warm. I did mention this and they stated they'd adjust temps, but never did. Disappointing to spend over $280 on 2 nights. We went across town to the Country Inn for $79/night and it was like night and day. I hope our overpayment is used on their renovations.

Pool/hot tub area doesn't stay open very late.
No where on their site does it say they are renovating until you arrive. One elevator doesn’t work, room has drawers broken everywhere (Check pictures) opened windows and look down and see a gaping hole in a gazebo thing. Mattress is hard old POS. There are bunch of other hotels in the area, I just need one night to fly out in the morning. Worst Hampton I have ever been in. Computer problems at check in slowed everything down. Hostess was nice but hotel is bad.

I didnt enjoy the location of the hotel. It was so far for any delivery drivers to understand where to drop off the food. I did have 2 food offer steal my food as they couldn’t find the hotel or they were just incompetent. I had to get a refund from grub hub and DoorDash

Staff was immediately attentive, friendly, helpful (5 am the counter staff got me muffins and scones in To-go bag for airport. I very much appreciate the availability of ride to airport (at 5 am!), and that I could keep my car on property during my vacation in the well lit parking lot. You have a new customer for sure! The breakfast area looked like a delicious meal was soon to be enjoyed!
