Pros:

Nice room even though new, missing some items. Very clean, comfortable and convenient location.

Cons:

The gentleman at the desk in the morning we had communication error about the driver to take me to Airport. I still got there in time he just didn't understand what I was saying about time I needed to be at the airport

Worth the money but not worth the lack of dllep you dont get !
Pros:

Clean but under construction and only 1 elevator and there was water by the elevator which you could slip and fall .. water from bathing suites need to be addressed due to the amount of water outside elevator and inside as-well … the dtaff needs to tell parents that if they swim they need to complete dry before leaving pool area ..

Cons:

The fact that they were putting parents with small kids by people who fidnt have kids and you could hear them running and jumping alll nite

Pros:

Comfy beds. Everything was clean. We had no trouble finding the hotel. Parking was adequate.

Cons:

There were no rolling suitcases carts. My friend and I are 74 and 80 respectively. We just assumed that there would be plenty of carts available, but no carts. It was difficult on us to carry our heavy bags to and from our room.

Pros:

The breakfast was good with a lot of choices.

Cons:

I stayed 1 night. The total price with deposit was153.49. I was charged this amount 3 times. 3 separate transactions for 153.49. I spoke with staff multiple times in person and on the phone. They had me insert my debit card 2 times at check in. Both times gave an error message. Then the clerk charged my card on the computer. The staff said they only charged me 1 time and that the other 2 charges would fall off in a few days. However I am still out the money as I write this. That was money I needed that was taken regardless of when it comes back. It’s not right that I was charges like this. With today’s technology there is no reason this should happen. All the staff acted like I was bothering them for asking and said the money wasn’t actually gone and would be returned. I can tell you it is gone as I still don’t have it. Over 350 dollars extra. This Hampton inn is not on par with other Hampton inns I’ve stayed at.

We had a nice stay
Pros:

Location was great, large rooms, good pool, very clean

Cons:

Breakfast was sub par, beds were not comfortable, only one working elevator.
