Excellent stay
Pros:

Lovely property, felt clean modern with lots of facilities and was in the perfect location. Staff were very friendly and very helpful. We felt so accommodated.

Ein wunderbares Hotel in traumhaft ruhiger Lage – man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an wohl. Das Personal ist herzlich und aufmerksam, und die außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit rundet das perfekte Gesamtbild ab. Hier stimmt einfach alles.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat alles perfekt gepasst. Wenn ich mir dennoch etwas wünschen dürfte: Das Restaurant ist hervorragend und bietet sehr exklusive, kreative Gerichte auf höchstem Niveau. Ergänzend wären ein paar klassische italienische Standardgerichte eine schöne Abrundung des Angebots.

This hotel is absolutely gorgeous and I don’t think the pictures do it justice. We stayed in the junior suite which was perfect and super spacious. We had our own little terrace, a huge wardrobe/living area and the shower was separate to the toilet area. So much space. A special thank you to Jessica, Jennifer and Daniele for the wonderful service and being so attentive. I will definitely be coming back here and recommending this hotel to my clients. Our short visit did not allow us to make use of all the amazing spa facilities - different saunas and steam rooms and relaxation rooms all within one hotel and I love the special touch of the hotel magazine with the history of the hotel and the family.

Cons:

I only had two disappointments- Alberto the night staff was extremely rude and unhelpful and unwelcoming. We were told on check in by Jennifer that as we are leaving early for our marathon, we could leave our things at reception. Alberto refused to take our stuff and thankfully there was one person in our party that wasn’t running in the marathon that could stay behind to take care of our bags. Very disappointed by this and put a sour taste on our trip. The only other thing we didn’t completely enjoy was dinner. The menu items were few and not giving us many options.
