Sehr hochwertige Ausstattung, sehr sauber aber ca. 15 Min. Vom Strand entfernt.
Pros:

Die Zimmer, der Wellnessbereich und der Fitnessraum sind sehr gut ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Der große Sslzwasserpool läd zum Schwimmen, der kleine zum Entspannen ein. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist einzigartig.

Cons:

Der Weg zum Strand ist etwas weit ( ca. 15 Min). In einem italienischen 4-Sterne Hotel sollte der Cappuccino an der Bar aus einer Siebträgermaschine und nicht aus einem Vollautomaten kommen.

Enjoyable
Pros:

We had a great view from our room overlooking the lake. The breakfast was excellent. Plenty to choose from. The staff were very friendly and helpful especially a young man from Argentina. The hotel was in a great position, just a short walk to the town. We love Malcescine. It’s our favourite place in Lake Garda.

Cons:

Let the customer know on arrival of the time to settle their account on departure. We didn’t notice a sign at the hotel reception, it wasn’t obvious. A verbal message from reception would have been good. Plus perhaps a note in the room the day before. The shower ran hot and cold. When we were departing in the morning we showered around 6.15am and sadly the water was cold.

Für uns spektakulär.
Pros:

Das Hotel hatte eine sehr gute etwas erhöhte Lage - ruhig, mit Blick auf den Gardasee und in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß in der Altstadt und am See.
Das Frühstück war toll. Es wurden alle Wünsche erfüllt und es war alles bis zum Ende reichlich vorhanden bzw. frisch nachgelegt. Das hauseigene Öl ist sehr hochwertig, lecker und durfte mit nach Hause fahren.
Unser Zimmer war super und hatte einen sehr großen Balkon /Dachterrasse mit Blick auf den See.
Uns hat das Hotel im gesamten sehr gut gefallen. Es wurde auch im Baulichen und Design auf viele Kleinigkeiten geachtet.
Das Personal war immer sehr freundlich und mit Infos und Tipps dabei.
Wir können es mit voller Überzeugung empfehlen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Pros:

Jezero Garda je nádherná lokalita a městečko Malcesine je po všech stránkách příjemné. Snídaně v hotelu jsou vynikající a příjemné je i večerní posezení na zahradě.

Cons:

Všechno bylo v pořádku, nic nám nechybělo.
