It is a big size room good location good breakfast if you don’t mind it isn’t spotless and old is good for you

Mirrors, shower glasses ,windows all were dirty
Old bathrooms. The picture on the website I guess was belonging to time they built hotel and now everything is old.

The hotel is in a perfect location. Old Town and the night market are right nearby, and it's conveniently located near amenities like outdoor dining, restaurants, and a supermarket. The rooms are spacious and the pool is great. The breakfast is also great.

Perfekter Ausgangspunkt, um Hoi An zu erkunden mit schönem Pool.

Der Pool mitten in der Stadt ist herrlich, mit Liegestühlen und Sonnenschirmen.

Cons:

Da das Hotel sehr zentral liegt, ist es nachts nicht leise.

Fantastic location let down by easily fixable issues.
Pros:

The location of the hotel is great, walking distance to most things but far enough away it is not too busy (the hostel across the river can be noisy but they calm it down at a decent time). The room itself is also really good, very spacious and well layed out. The housekeeping crew were amazing, always smiling and always greeted us when we saw them, my wife loves the animal towels and looked forward to what design they would do next.

Cons:

The breakfast is disappointing. The seating area is way too small for the amount of rooms they have, getting a seat is made harder when a group is there too. Day 1 any free seat was surrounded by dirty plates and we didn't see anyone clean for about 15min after we sat down. Day 2 was better but people struggled to find seating, also the food was very dry and/or very salty. The rest of our stay we went outside for breakfast, thankfully there are plenty of great options nearby. Also the staff need to cheer up a bit, it might be they were focussed on getting ready for Tet in a couple of weeks but still no excuse. Other than the amazing housekeeping crew we were rarely greeted by staff. The soundproofing between the rooms was fine, but the soundproofing to the hallway was not, this was an issue because the layout to the rooms is a long hallway, any slamming door echoes the whole corridor and there also seemed to be alarms on the doors which would go off at all times of the day.

MR Taon froid comme un iceberg qui plus ai est à l accueil sournois il a pas sa place le petit personnel pour les bagages au top souriant pour le service blanchisserie on prend uniquement de l espèce et on met directement ds leur sac à main à la portée lors de notre paiement et le lendemain on me redemande de payer choquée le propriétaire doit se ressaisir car il a quand même un bel outil de travail je comprends la note attribué voir 7.6 sur booking
