Pros:

Very laid back hotel in a good location, just far enough out of the very busy touristy area. The room was large as was the bathroom with an excellent shower.

Just outside the hotel are a selection of barbecue and local food outdoor grills where the locals come to eat. The food there is excellent.

We didn’t stay, we checked out an hour after checkin.
Pros:

Great location, one of the best pools in Hoi An

Cons:

The rooms are dated, the bathrooms had no ventilation, bath was cracked, one of the sinks didn’t work and the showers hot/cold was very difficult to get right. The pool also looked a little cloudy.

I have stayed at this property many times before and the pool has always been exceptionally maintained, this time it wasn’t great and combined with the dated room, broken bathroom we were too disappointed to stay.

Superb location and covered what we required.
Pros:

Location was superb as was the pool. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good.

Gardez l'emplacement et la piscine.
Pros:

Emplacement de l'hôtel à proximité de la vieille ville est trés bien. La piscine est magnifique. La chambre est spacieuse mais le mobilier doit être renouvellé.

Cons:

Mobilier à revoir. Le personnel de la réception ne sait pas accueillir les clients et semble bien éloignés de nos préoccupations. A la limite de l'impolitesse lorsque l'on s'adresse à elle. La réception ne sait pas faire profiter aux clients des bons tarifs au niveau des services, notamment les transferts. Trés mauvais ressenti à ce niveau d'accueil ! Salle de sport salle et dégradée. Connexion wifi et internet mauvaise au niveau des chambres. Nous avons du changer de télévision qui avait des soucis techniques dus à son grand âge. Coulirs de l'hôtel bryuants.

Great location to walk everywhere and we had a room with pool view and river view.

Great location and looked the pool.

Cons:

Bathrooms looked good but the blinds on the showers were not very clean and water went all over the bathroom floor when showering.

I highly recommend this hotel, great service and walking distance to any shops and restaurants.
Pros:

Room are clean and even their facilities, we enjoy relaxing the pool.

Cons:

For me pillow only cuz I want the soft one but the rest everything was good and comfortable, service are excellent.

Hồ bơi chuẩn 25m, sâu 1m6 đủ sâu cho người thích bơi. Hỗ trợ checkin rất oke. Buffet sáng ăn ổn.

Cons:

Tiếp tân nhiều khi tìm không thấy. Điện thoại trực tiếp tân vài lần khong thấy bắt máy. Sắp xếp nội thất cũng gây thất vọng vì công năng. Chén đĩa cũng đã trầy xước nhiều và mất thẩm mỹ

Great location and facilities

Cons:

Not all staff speak english and only one person knew the correct address to send items too. There are two different addresses.
Also, be aware when booking, as you coyld be booking a place in Hanoi. We found out just in time. And rebooked. Hence the correct address. Booking.com did issue a warning about ghosting pages. So be vigilant when booking. This happened a year earlier when i visited HCMC. there are 3 hotels with the same name and even though i booked the correct place and had it varified, it was still changed afterwards.

Cons:

Sometimes you have to find staff in the morning (ie. the egg station at breakfast or the bar staff for the pool area for that afternoon beverage) .. lol apart from that great staff ..
