Not a value for money option.
Pros:

Hotel Staff's excellent, courteous and helpful nature. Very good view of Mountain terrain.

Cons:

The stingy behaviour of Hotel management. Toiletries were supplied only on demand. Only half a litre of water per person per day was given for room costing Rs. 16000/- per night. Rooms facilities like AC control and power switch were not functioning properly.

The whole trip was so much fun and enjoyable. The performance by band on both evenings was incredible.
Pros:

The whole ambience is very nice. The hotel is very clean and the staff is very nice and cooperative

Mesmerising views of Pir Panjal Ranges
Pros:

The property is centrally located the best part is that the resort is completely centrally heated which is really helpful during winters as our rooms were completely warm. I also want to add that the resort has good mountain view with huge lawns which is a bliss for kids.

It also has evening private bonfires with music and live bar with great cocktails and great food.

I would highly recommend this resort to the travellers

Excellent lawns, restaurant. Terrible maintenance.
Pros:

Looks like they never did any room maintennace since the british left! Almost fell into toilet due to detatched seat cover. Door bolts broken. Never got a wifi or 3G signal in the room. Smelled of phenyl. Had

Lawns were a highlight. Restaurant food and staff were also great. Other lower level staff was quite reasonable.

Management is far below par.

Hotel with a good view but outdated
Pros:

Stay in the hotel was good due to spacious rooms, nice view and good food. But overall cleanliness and facilities were mediocre. Location of the hotel is good.

Pros:

Lower category rooms were newly built or renovated, we paid for the higher category though the rooms were big but were old little light bathrooms in shabby condition no network in rooms not even the hotel's own wi-fi but had a good restaurant, space, view. And you don't have much options as this is one of the two good properties in Dalhousie.

Nice hotel
Pros:

Hotel was good ,but less cooporative ,when I reached the hotel on my booking date firstly they refuse to give me room because of heavy rush in Dalhousie ,they tried to shift me at some other hotel,because of some bucks which they can get by overcharging of room to other people
