convenient location of the hotel. Everything is in the first availability. We had a large room with a jacuzzi. comfortable bed and clean and new bed linen and towels. There was a coffee maker and coffee in the room, small refrigerator. Breakfasts are quite tasty.

El Colchón muy incómodo, completamente vencido. Muy díficil dormir y nos levantamos con un dolor de cintura terrible.
A primeira coisa com certeza é a vista da janela para o Vulcão.
Foi surpreendente pois o hotel é muito bem localizado perto da rua principal, restaurante, supermercado e lojinhas.
O atendimento da recepção foi excelente, super atenciosos.
O quarto amplo com cama confortável, chuveiro maravilhoso, havia secador, sabonete e shampoo de qualidade disponível.
Lençóis e toalhas super limpas e cheirosas.
Calefação super forte e quentinha.
O café da manhã surpreendeu pela qualidade e sabor.
Há garagem descoberta disponível a duas quadras. Vale a caminhada na volta porque a cidade é incrível e casa esquina é uma vista linda.

Good sized, well equipped room with volcano view. Central location with lots of nearby cafes, bars and restaurants and lake 5 minutes walk. OK breakfast.
Breakfast didn't start until 8.00 so I missed out twice as I had an early start for tours. Minor point but daft to have only switch for room light on opposite side of room to the door.

Close to the center, nice and friendly staff. Nice view of the vulcano from the stairs.
As it was not that warm during our stay, we enjoyed to have a radiator in the room!
We could not enjoy the little terrace as we wanted to due to the weather, but it was nice to have one.
The breakfast was a bit disappointing as it was only cake/bread and eggs everyday.
The bed was very small, for a tall person, not long enough!

Solo el secador me dió un poco de desconfianza porque se le veían los cables, pero estaba bueno.
A localização é a melhor possível. Se faz tudo à pé.
A estrutura do hotel não é das melhores . A acústica dos quartos deixa a desejar.

El desayuno sì bien es muy simple y rico pasa que no tiene opciones veganas. Entiendo que no es buffet però alguien vegano solo se limita a comer pan con mermelada porque ni siquiera una leche vegetal existe. Ya sea alguien menos un tomatito o un poquito de palta . Los dos días mi pareja se tuvo que llevar su propio desayuno
Ubicación. La habitación grande!
El internet, en estos días es un elemento importante. Tampoco puedo entender que en el desayuno te cobren si quieren un segundo café. El precio es casi igual al park lake y tremenda diferencia en instalaciones, espacios comunes y desayuno.
Camas confortáveis, vista bonita da cidade, quarto e hotel quentinhos. O hotelaria dispõe de água quente e sachês de chá no salão do refeitório
