Good, generic international hotel
Pros:

Good generic international hotel with very friendly staff who facilitated me an early check-in.
Good panoramic views from the rooms. Has a laundry room which was handy, and is located above a mall with a great food court.

Excellent Stay!
Pros:

We had nice stay in Holiday Inn express Pluit. The room was spotless and the breakfast was excellent. We were member with IHG and that we got special treatment such as extended checkout until 2 pm. Linda and Richard were particularly went the extramile of handling our special request and making sure that our stay was comfortable. Will definitely recommend Holiday Inn Express!

Super beliggenhed og fantastisk personale
Pros:

Super beliggenhed. God morgenmad. Dejlig tæt på lufthavnen. Utrolig venligt og hjælpsomt personale. De gjorde alt hvad de kunne for at give os et helt særligt ophold. Arrangerede fx den flotteste fødselsdagsoverraskelse til vores lille datter og sikrede at vi fik dejlig morgenmad med TO GO. Personalet var virkelig opmærksomme, nærværende og helt særlige. Tusind tak til jer alle.

Cons:

Stedet er slidt, udluftning virker fx ikke i badeværelset. Sengene er dog super og sengetøjet virkelig rart.

BEST EXPERIENCED
Pros:

We are staying with the family and celebrating for a birthday, the day I walked in we fell in love already to their dedicate. We feel honor to have Linda who is a part of the restaurant team, she is incharge as a waitress. She is an excellent server. We truly appreciate her, hopefully the management recognizes her talent.

Warm Welcome back to pluit.
Pros:

Erlita give a warm welcome to me, and able to know i a member of IHG without checking on my status.
She is friendly and helpful on anything that i request in my breadfast.

Nice staff but cleaning needs to improve
Pros:

Staff were very friendly, good breakfast.

Cons:

Cleanliness of rooms really needs to improve. Found part of a condom wrapper under a table, within reach of my small child. Really unpleasant. AC/shower vents haven't been cleaned in years and thick dust is visible.

Pros:

everytime going to Jakarta even for family or business trip I always choose this hotel, Evelyn is kind and very helpful for me. Hotel is comfortable , breakfast is great as well
