Estrutura antiga, porém confortável e bem localizado.
Pros:

É muito bem localizado. No coração da cidade. Fica há uma quadra do shopping e duas quadras do teatro. Todo comércio consegue fazer a pé. As instalações são antigas mas é muito confortável e possui um bom café da manhã.

Acho que devem rever o anúncio pois como comodidade colocam que tem estacionamento induzindo o hóspede a reservar por isso e chegando lá o estacionamento não é deles e é pago aí fica mais caro que qualquer outro hotel de categoria superior
