Great spot in Hoi An
Pros:

Great location, free bike hire, good buffet breakfast, friendly staff, authentically Vietnamese feeling, pool was excellent for a dip as the weather was very warm.

Cons:

Nothing we didn't like.

Pros:

staff at reception are super nice and helpful. Hotel was in good condition and very clean. Location is good, you dont want to stay at city center with that amount of noise

Cons:

our window goes to another building (20 cm from each other), so no view - but it was not a problem and the hotel was fantastic

Pros:

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Es war sauber, gut gelegen und das Frühstück war lecker und divers. Die Lage ist gut.

Cons:

Die Fahrräder könnten erneuert werden. Sie waren nicht sehr komfortabel.

Und zu Beginn hatten wir ein eher dunkles, muffiges Zimmer. Wir hatten nach einem anderen Raum in der gleichen Kategorie gefragt und wir konnten direkt wechseln.

A wonderful stay with friendly and professional staff, a perfect location, excellent service, and outstanding attention
Pros:

Our stay was absolutely wonderful. The staff was highly professional, extremely friendly, and always smiling. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were well-equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

The team was also very accommodating. I even requested a special arrangement because I had to have breakfast at 4:30 a.m. instead of the usual 6:30 a.m. Every single morning for three consecutive days, they prepared a breakfast box for me in advance, ready to pick up. This level of care and attention was truly appreciated.

The gentleman at the entrance was especially kind and welcoming.

The location was outstanding — we honestly could not have found a better place in terms of location. Everything was perfectly situated, (5min from Town and 10min from beach

Overall, it is a truly excellent hotel, and I would highly recommend it!

Ruime, schone kamers. Fijn dat de kamer een balkon had met een zitje. Iedere dag 2 flesjes water, vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.

Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at kiman hotel. It’s not a fancy resort, but it was just what we needed. We used the free pedal bike rental every day, the breakfast was good, the room was good, the staff was great, and the town was a little bit of a walk but that’s where the bikes came in handy.

Cons:

Every morning we were woken up with construction. They were renovating their pool area which is totally understandable.. but maybe start later in the morning instead of 7:00am. Either way, it got us up early to make use out of our day 😂

Fantastic!
Pros:

The staff were very friendly. the rooms were tidy and a nice size all of the facilities were perfect.

Cons:

There were building works happening at the hotel whilst we were staying which started at 6/7am which was a bit disruptive.
