Pros:

Servizi ottimi, personale attento. Avevamo un ragno in camera e si sono precipitati a rimuoverlo.
La vasca un gran valore aggiunto.

Cons:

Il mobilio della camera non era nuovissimo ma ciò non comprometteva il comfort.

Pros:

Molto bravo lo staff di ragazze giovani in sala e alla reception.
Molto gradito il buffet di verdure. Lo chef è davvero bravo e le porzioni sono abbondanti oltre che molto ben presentate.

Molveno da sogno
Pros:

Hotel con spettacolare vista da sogno sul lago di Molveno, molto vicino al centro pedonale e alla cascata.
Struttura pulita e confortevole, colazione ottima e variegata.

Kellemes, csendes hegyi szálloda
Pros:

Az épület gyönyörű helyen lévő kényelmes, kisebb hotel, remek ár-érték aránnyal, ezért többnyire telt ház volt. Ingyenes parkolás, gyakorlott személyzet jellemzi. Viszonylag egyszerűen berendezett szoba, kényelmes ággyal, jó métetű fürdőszobával. A közös, hatalmas terasz a tóra és a környező hegyekre biztosít csodás panorámát. A település csöpp "óvárosa" és a tóparti sétány pár perces sétára van. A szomszédos városkában uszoda és well-ness épület, benzinkút, közepes méretű élelmiszerboltok, valamint mindkét településen éttermek és cukrázdák, bárok találhatók.

Cons:

Ha este hét körül érkeztünk, a parkolás nehézkes volt, mert megtelt a parkoló, de szerencsére a személyzet mindég talált megoldást
A konyha nem olasz, hanem inkább német hagyományra, ízekre épül, ennek ellenére érdemes befizetni a vacsorát, mert változatos, és az öt fogás bőséges választékot nyújt. A település az autopályától jó fél órára, hegyi úton fekszik, a megközelízés gyakorlott vezetőt kíván. A hegyi sportokat űzni kívánók minden lehetőséget megtalálnak a környéken, aki viszont a híres Dél-tiroli városokat akarja meglátogatni, annak számolnia kell a plusz egy óra hegyi autózással, mert magasan az autópálya fölött, bár kivételesen szép helyen lakik. A szoba az épület hátsó traktusára nézett, sem erkély, sem kilátás nem volt, a panorámát a recepció melletti nagy, közös teraszról tudtuk szemlélni.

Great stay in a great location
Pros:

Position was great, staff super friendly and useful, view from the terrace amazing, very good breakfast, parking really near to the hotel. We had a great stay.

Cons:

Rooms are a bit "outdated", but to be honest nothing bad or that have not even nearly bothered us. There is a complete bathroom and enough space for our luggages and clothes. And also, lets be honesty, you should not spend too much time in the room time given how wonderful the sourrounding area is.
