הצוות בקבלה היה סופר נחמד ושירותי, המיקום מעולה, היו בקבוקי מים וקופסת שוקולד קטנה בחדר.

Cons:

מקריאת הביקורות ומהתמונות שראינו ציפינו לחוויה טובה יותר, אבל בפועל התחזוקה והניקיון לא היו ברמה גבוהה, קירות מתקלפים ולא נקיים, המרפסת מוזנחת ולא מזמינה, מזגן מרעיש, חדר האמבטיה היה ממש קטן וצפוף ובקושי היה מקום לשים מברשת שיניים. הפי האוור התברר כיין אדום בלבד, צלחת קטנה של עוגיות וצלחת של בוטנים, ארוחת הבוקר הייתה בקפה דיזנגוף ואם רוצים קפה צריך להוסיף כסף כי הארוחה מוגבלת בסכום.

We will come stay again. 🥰
Pros:

We stayed here and at sister hotel Dizengoff Garden. Fantastic location near cafes and everyone easily reachable from this central location. Staff were amazing. We were stuck due to the war with Iran and the staff couldn’t do more to help us ( including switching rooms to one with balcony at no extra cost.
