El servio del personal en general es malo. Llegamos estaba lloviendo y nadie nos dio un paraguas, llegamos a la recepción preguntando porque apesar de haber personas son poco atentas, en la recepción la señorita nisiquiera se paro solo nos dijo esta al fondo su habitación, no hay botones entoces tu tienes que cargar tus maletas hasta tu habitación, si llegas tarde esta oscuro y puedes caerte, porque esta empedrado. En el restaurante el mesero esta en su celular y tienes que ir a buscarlo. La guía muy amable, respondió todas nuestras preguntas

La hacienda tiene instalaciones muy bonitas, es muy grande y con varias cosas por conocer. La comida del restaurante es muy rica y el recorrido nocturno que hacen (con un costo adicional) es muy divertido.

Albercas sin mantenimiento sin caldera para la zona es fría habitaciones sin wifi y sin televisión no hay teléfono en la habitación la chapa es insegura pues no cerraba y se podía abrí por fuera
