Sehr tolle Zimmer, ich hab ein Upgrade bekommen mit Blick auf Kathedrale und Schloss, das war Mega gut, ich decke es war möglich, weil ich in der Nebensaison war, trotzdem sehr nett.
Zimmer sehr sauber, groß und vorab gut temperiert.

Cons:

Es hat ab nichts gefehlt, auch die Kommunikation voran war super.

Pros:

Hotel in pieno centro, con vista fantastica ! Il lounge bar bellissimo, pochi tavoli, intimo, con cocktail buoni e personale simpaticissimo
Sicuramente ritorneremo da loro!

Cons:

L unica sfortuna é il bagno cieco e la ventola che non funziona. In più il climatizzatore forse aveva una perdita e ha bagnato la moquette. Sono sciocchezze che sicuramente verranno sistemate

hotel centralissimo e nel cuore di Ferrara; lo consiglio
Pros:

stanza panoramica molto bella, ampia e decisamente pulita; letto molto comodo e dotazione macchina caffè e thè assolutamente apprezzatissima! procedure di self check in semplici ed intuitive, nessun problema; posizione hotel centralissima, facile da raggiungere e vicina a numerosi parcheggi dove lasciare la macchina, ideale per girare la città. Se avrò occasione tornerò

ho avuto l'impressione che l'unico condizionatore presente in stanza fosse un pò sottodimensionato per garantire un livello di comfort accettabile; inoltre lo stesso condizionatore risulta un pò rumoroso quando si attacca, ed è un peccato; se non fosse per questo particolare la stanza sarebbe perfetta
