La posizione. La comodità del check-in. La pulizia.

Cons:

Praticamente niente. Se proprio devo fare un commento va controllato il condizionatore leggermente rumoroso e la doccia che non funzionava al 100%... Ma sono aspetti del tutto trascurabili rispetto agli aspetti positivi.

Grandiosi sia staff che camera
Pros:

Praticamente tutto, sin dalla prenotazione lo staff è stato gentilissimo e sempre esaustivi a ogni singola domanda, all’arrivo in hotel panorama mozzafiato in quanto affacciava sul duomo di Ferrara, camera pulitissima e super accessoriata, quando tornerò a Ferrara sicuramente prenoteremo sempre qui.

Die Lage war hervorragend, die Aussicht sehr schön. Das Zimmer war groß und die Ausstattung in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir haben das Zimmer mit Frühstück gebucht und uns wurde am nächsten Morgen mitgeteilt, dass es kein Frühstück geben würde, was sehr ärgerlich war. Es ist etwas laut, jedoch erträglich.
