Pros:

I asked whether they could do anything special for my girlfriend's birthday and the staff went out of their way and very last minute too! The check in was so easy and the location was wonderful. Would return again!

great weekend stay
Pros:

Great location for winery hopping.
We stayed Fri night - Sun morning and used Grapemobile bike hire which is a 2min drive down the road.
Really good location for dinner spots (food trucks, restaurants, taverns) and only an 8 minute drive into main HV. Door lock (from outside) details are provided on the day and are easy to follow (if you follow them) as well as on the door on arrival.
Bed was comfy.
Lots of parking.
Very quite at night which is a bonus.
I have recommended this place to my PIL's who will be staying shortly.
We didnt use any streaming services but live TV worked well.

Cons:

The bathroom has been renovated so the shower area is updated but the cupboards are broken and there are cracks in the walls but this didnt take away from our w/e experience.
Unable to lock our door from inside (didnt contact support as none required, just noting that we struggled with this)

We were in this hotel and were very disappointed. When they were supposed to send me the room number and code at 2 pm, it hadn't been sent at 8 pm. When I called, they sent it to me. Then the next morning, the electricity and water went out for 3 hours.. All our plans were ruined because we couldn't get along without electricity and water. In such a high-class hotel, there should be a generator so that if the electricity goes out, the generator can be turned on so that the client feels comfortable. Then the shower cabin in the bathroom is installed in such a way that when you take a bath, all the water goes out and the entire bathroom gets wet with water splashes. As we expected, there was no such comfort at all and I had a negative feeling about this hotel

We had nice relaxing weekend stay, would definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The peaceful surroundings, the very easy check in, the keyless door, the fire place and the bed was nice and comfortable.
