Next time I’ll book elsewhere. I had 10 family members staying & none of us would book here again.
Pros:

The view from the unit.

Cons:

The property needs some serious maintenance. There are stains on the carpet. Mould in the bathroom, air conditioner in living area doesn’t work. Curtains in the bedroom aren’t attached. We had to get staff to help lock the main door, it couldn’t be done so we ended up with a key. While the staff are pleasant enough, they aren’t really that helpful.

The area

Cons:

-Staff not welcoming
- Air condition had to be reset every couple of hours as it was in a timer , therefore room got stuffy during the night and had to wake up 2-3 times to turn air back on
- spotlight always on outside room door, making the room extremely bright and hard to sleep

Great location but services and comms need improvement
Pros:

Fantastic location; comfy beds; large bathroom; easy parking.

Cons:

Advertising a bit false: “Garden view” is of vans and 30ft shipping container; and “Pet Friendly” has terms and conditions that are not readily available during booking or pre-arrival checklist.

Room layout is a bit strange with lounge facing a wall and no table and chairs to eat at.

No staff on-site - issues resolved online take >8hrs to respond to so best to call. Online help is a bit blunt, formulaic and didn’t answer questions well (chatbot response)

Pleasant stay
Pros:

Great location. Nice and roomy, and had a lovely outlook

Cons:

The unit felt as though it was getting a little tired, walls all scuffed and furnishings were getting very worn.

Hotel is mooi gelegen maar verder niet echt prettig.

Locatie en het bed waren goed.

Cons:

De inrichting en faciliteiten waren matig. Er was geen zitje op de kamer en er was geen kitchenette; er stonden 2 kleine bordjes en minimaal bestek. Afwassen kon alleen in de wasbak.
Het hotel komt niet gastvrij over omdat er totaal geen staf aanwezig is en er geen ontbijt ruimte (oid) is.

We wanted a weekend away to explore the Hunter. The apartments are in a great location and makes it easy to get around.

The location was excellent. The apartments are comfortable and clean.

Cons:

For the price and having boutique in the name, I thought it would be a little bit more lux. The apartments are just a bit dated with minor repairs needed like a rotting bathroom door etc. The spare pillows in the wardrobe didn’t have pillowcases. I think it could have plush dressing gowns so you can sit outside for breakfast in your PJs and not worry about the neighbours seeing you, as all the balconies are open.

Great location the place is nothing fancy could do a revamp but was comfortable enough.

Weekend stay for wedding.
Pros:

Location, close to wedding venue 10 min drive (purpose of stay).
Room good size for family. Very clean and kitchen equipment available to use. Had an iron and ironing board which came in handy.

Cons:

Sitting on the sofa bed as a sofa was very uncomfortable. Cushions sink in. AC and light switches in weird locations in rooms. Kitchen sink plug needs replacing, water just drains away while washing up.
