Pros:

Everything was perfect. Check in was seamless. We stayed in a one bedroom villa which was perfect. The bed was comfortable the villa was clean. Hot water was amazing and the electric fire place was perfect 👌. Location is next door to Bimbadgen and about 5 mins away from the Hunter Valley Gardens. About 12 mins from Paterson house. Will definitely stay here again next time we're in Hunter Valley. Highly recommend this location to anyone checking it out. Definitely value for money.

Pros:

The accommodation was close to where I wanted to be. The area was quiet and a good price point. I also liked the fact I could do a minimum of 1 night stay.

Cons:

Not much really. Everything seemed to be in nice order. If I had to say one thing, it would be the dust from other cars driving around, but that was not often.

BEST price for value in the Hunter! Private, peaceful, amazing.
Pros:

EVERYTHING wow it really exceeded our expectations!! I cannot believe the value we got for the price that we paid. The only negative aspect is that we couldn't stay longer!! :P

The studio was sooo spacious, it felt like having our own little home away from home! So private, peaceful. And it has everything we needed and more. I absolutely adored it and now I know where to stay when I come back to the Hunter!

They could be doing better and value their customers even more!
Pros:

Room design what quite okay, the 2 single beds were so so comfortable, gas heater was great as it was winter, nice natural surrounds, kitchen facility was okay. The stay had the potential of quite good stay, the restauarant area was lovely.

Cons:

We arrived and the plumber was fixing a toilet blockage which mean we had to wait, these sort of things can't be helped. After the plumber fixed the toilet the cleaners showed up and only bought new towels and a mop and bucket to clean the wet floor from the unblocking and area that was touched by the plumber, we didnt notice any kind of disenfectant/floor cleaning solution, cloths etc (Irresposible with hygeine and potential of infection). We Online we aksed for 2 single beds but there was only 1 double or queen size bed so cleaners had to re-arrange, more waiting. We were simply shocked that the management doesn't seem to be doing quality control checks regularly in regards to the cleaning done in this room, actually it look like they havn't been quality control checked for a very long time. Between the cobwebs on cornices and curtains, uncleaned glass on the microwave door, dirt marks on the walls that looked like they had been there quite a long time, both in toilet and main room; the top of the vertical tiles on the walls in the bathroom were greezy and dusty, there was mould on the shower door hinges, the floor wasnt cleaned/mopped well under the hand basin and a few other things that I cannot remember. As for the cleaning sometimes places of accomodation only give their the poor cleaners very short time to clean or the managemnt is incompetent or lazy or simply just doesn't care for about their customer experiences. We won't stay there again but if the unit was repainted, thoroughly cleaned throughout and started doing quality checks then the stay would have been good.

Adequate accommodation for my purpose. Reasonably comfortable.
Pros:

Convenient to the wedding I attended. Comfortable bed. Enough room.

Cons:

Fixtures are cheap so cupboard doors didn’t shut, toilet roll holder hanging loose etc., battery dying on my door lock system. not enough blankets. Also would be good to have bowls and a toaster.

Cons:

Walls were very thin so we could hear everything that was going on next door. Shower extraction fan sounded like it was going to take off on turning on.

Taking more than 2 hours to book in after travelling all day was a nasty experience - room was OK

No checking in facility - We were not provided with the system for checking in. Took more than 2 hours to find a staff person who washable to tell us the booking in method and for us to actually access the room.

WHY DIDNT BOOKING .COM ADVISE US OF THE METHOD AND SUPPLY THE DIRECTIONS TO BE FOLLOWED
