overall a very pleasant experience and will always be top of our choice when visiting Alor Setar.
Pros:

breakfast excellent. room well refurbished and comfy. too bad tea/coffee making facilities not to usual standards. staff very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

tea/coffee making facilities can be improved especially for the suites and deluxe rooms.
