Séjour super et très satisfaisant. Le personnel est adorable, serviable et très à l'écoute. L'hôtel est très propre et chaleureux. On reviendra très vite !
Malheureusement les murs étaient fins et on pouvait entendre les chambres à côté.
Everything
Room size quite small
Proximity to Eurostar.
Stellar staff, especially the front desk gals who carried my luggage to the room and Irene who lugged my heavy suitcase down 2 flights of stairs and kept me entertained before my early departure to catch a Eurostar.
Room was clean but small. There was a bathtub and plenty of hot water.
Could not complain about anything as it was great for my one night stay.
Everything was brilliant
There was a Foreign girl with short dark hair working the first night we came back late at night and she was very forward and came across a bit arrogant and wasnt helpful and made us feel a bit shit and didnt seem like she wanted to be there, kept trying to get back to her laptop, another few residents arrived back late and she sighed as though it was an inconvenience, THE rest of the staff were fantastic and the rest of our experience was faclntastic apart from her!
Nice staff, good location
Very very uncomfortable bed, very very small room & bathroom. Felt claustrophic.
Location provides convenient access to trains, buses, and underground. Breakfast is incredibly good!
There’s no lift which is not a deal breaker but just so you know.
Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo dobre śniadania.
The hotel is very close to St Pancras, so easy to move around.
Very welcoming staff
Good breakfast
A bit noisy
It’s proximity to Saint Pancras
The woman at the reception was very rude.
Lights didn’t work in our room. We didn’t feel we could ask for help as the reception was so negative!
Location and previous visit
Arrived and the basement room we were given was damp and stunk they moved our room and gave us a room with a badly broken mattress once we let them know the manager wouldn’t answer the staff member to sort anything out so we had 4 hours sleep (which neither of us slept) nothing was done and even when we left the member of staff just stood there and said I can’t cope with stressful situations and my boss hasn’t replied I asked her if she could check her phone again before we left she did her boss had replied but she wouldn’t call her or do anything for the terrible night and stay we had.
We have since complained to booking.com and are yet to hear about what will be done but there was zero customer service. Not sure how you can leave a member of staff to run a night shift with nothing in the way of contingency for anything going wrong and no port of call.
Awful experience and she literally just put her head in her hands and said I can’t help you.
Super close to station
Nice staff
Comfy
Value for money
Nothing
Location was excellent as we were catching the Eurostar the following morning.
It was adequate.
Location
No a/c so had to sleep with window open which increased the noise levels to disturbed sleep levels
