Pros:

The rooms are small but have everything you need except air con. Great to have the late opening bar and be able to leave baggage. Staff are great too.

Cons:

Would be great to have air con as was so hot it wasn't comfortable to be in the room. Getting ready to leave the hotel in the morning was challenge as it was just so hot in the room.

Kleine maar praktische kamer
Pros:

Fijne ontvangst door een vriendelijke en behulpzame medewerker. De kamer was klein, maar schoon en praktisch. Heerlijke douche. Het bed was okee, maar ik was niet overtuigd door de kussens.

Cons:

Wederom een lange zwarte haar gevonden. Het toilet gebruikt heel veel water, maar heeft opvallend veel moeite met doorspoelen. Ook het water in het minuscule wasbakje loopt slechts langzaam weg.

Pros:

Friendly, helpful staff. They kindly organised a taxi to get me to a concert.
Kept my baggage safe to enable me to go out after checking out.
Breakfast at restaurant 2 doors down was excellent with plenty of choice on menu.
Location superb, opposite kings cross/st.pancras.

Cons:

No air conditioning but did have 2 fans which worked well during heatwave.

Emplacement idéal : À deux pas de la gare de Saint-Pancras, parfait pour se déplacer.Propreté et service : Hôtel d'une propreté irréprochable et service impeccable.Réactivité de l'équipe : À notre arrivée, la chambre était trop petite pour 2 adultes et un ado de 15 ans. Suite à notre insatisfaction, le personnel a trouvé une solution très rapidement en nous changeant de chambre, sans aucun supplément.Personnel formidable : Un grand merci à toute l'équipe pour sa gentillesse, et une mention spéciale à Mme Innocente pour son grand professionnalisme et son amabilité. Nous reviendrons et recommandons sans hésiter.

première chambre attribuée était initialement trop petite pour trois personnes, mais le problème a été réglé immédiatement par l'hôtel. Thank you so much!

Not a great value but the location and breakfast were both very good

Both the location and breakfast were excellent!

Cons:

The room was old with few outlets and little ventilation. Beds were hard. Way too many narrow and steep stairs and no elevators. There was help with the luggage but it was a while in coming.

Lage ideal nach Ankunft Eurostar, Personal war nett, Innenhof mit Tischen war nett und gut erwas kühler, teilrenoviertes Zimmer

Keine Klimaanlage, sehr heiss im oberen Stock und Koffer tragen über schmale Treppe war heftig, sehr kl. Zimmer

Pros:

The location is very convenient and the staff is friendly

Cons:

The room was very, very, hot. There was a heatwave, admittedly, but there is no AC or fan so it was very unpleasant to sleep. There was also a strong moldy/damp smell in the room. And no hooks for your towel in the bathroom.
